It 'rained fish' in Agusan del Sur

MANILA, Philippines - Small fish of still unknown species mysteriously fell from the skies over Loreto town in Agusan del Sur Friday afternoon during a heavy downpour, leaving residents and officials baffled and amused.

Blance Gobenciong, Office of Civil Defense (OCD) director in Caraga, confirmed the phenomenon but offered no explanation. National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) executive director Benito Ramos also could not provide an explanation for the strange incident.

“It came with the rain and about a kilo of these live fish is in the aquarium now,” Gobenciong said. Surprised residents went out of their houses despite the heavy rain to collect the fish that landed on rooftops and on the streets.

Tiago Barros Designs a Passing Cloud that Lets You Float Through the Sky

Who hasn't dreamt of floating on a cloud? Whether we are looking up at the sky or gazing out of an airplane window, those giant beds of fluff are irresistible. New York designer Tiago Barros is on the same wavelength and created an incredible, cloud-like balloon that takes travelers for a floating ride around the country. While the project, called Passing Cloud, may be making all our dreams come true, it is also a treat for the environment as it may turn out to be one of the greenest forms of transportation yet. Passing Cloud is, in fact, not a cloud at all. It is a series of heavy duty balloons held together in the shape of a cloud, reminiscent of the old Zeppelins. The balloons are surrounded by a stainless steel structure covered in tensile nylon fabric. The fabric is incredibly strong and flexible, moving with the wind and capturing the biggest gusts to power movement and protect passengers from blowing away.

The butterfly people of Joplin

JOPLIN, MO. • In the chaotic first days after the tornado, when nothing seemed real, word of the butterfly people began to spread.

The stories were shared in hospital waiting rooms and in lines for donated food. They were told by neighbors on streets so devastated there was nothing to do but stand and stare. A Red Cross counselor heard the stories as she handed out water and work gloves to residents in a hard-hit part of town. She got goose bumps. She told her pastor, who asked her to tell the congregation. She remembers how the crowd gasped.

The stories about butterfly people coursed through Joplin, passing one by one and then by the many, tales describing what children reported seeing on that Sunday night in May as the tornado bore down. The children said the butterfly people protected them.

Comment: I think these are entities that most would call 'angels'. I don't know if they are deceased humans but I do believe they are high energy beings. Due to the changes in the environment of Earth, these entities are becoming much easier to see. Hence, this article is very interesting. Our culture leads people to believe that hair style is a matter of personal preference, that hair style is a matter of fashion and/or convenience, and that how people wear their hair is simply a cosmetic issue. Back in the Viet Nam war however, an entirely different picture emerged, one that has been carefully covered up and hidden from public view.

In the early nineties, Sally [name changed to protect privacy] was married to a licensed psychologist who worked at a VA Medical hospital. He worked with combat veterans with PTSD, post traumatic stress disorder. Most of them had served in Viet Nam.

Sally said, "I remember clearly an evening when my husband came back to our apartment on Doctor\'s Circle carrying a thick official looking folder in his hands. Inside were hundreds of pages of certain studies commissioned by the government. He was in shock from the contents. What he read in those documents completely changed his life. From that moment on my conservative middle of the road husband grew his hair and beard and never cut them again. What is more, the VA Medical center let him do it, and other very conservative men in the staff followed his example. As I read the documents, I learned why.

Comment: Funnily enough, I put an odd quote in my book because I 'felt' it was true. I don't have a problem following my intuition, I worked out the significance of space weather 7 years ago based on following my gut and I am still waiting for others who can make a difference to wake up.... Anyway, this is quite interesting validation if this is true. Here is the quote:

Mysterious "white web" found growing on nuclear wasteThis is as fascinating as it is unsettling. Scientists at the Department of Energy's Savannah River Site — a nuclear reservation in South Carolina — have identified a strange, cob-web like "growth" (their word, not ours) on the racks of the facility's spent nuclear fuel assemblies.

According to a report filed by the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board, "the growth, which resembles a spider web, has yet to be characterized, but may be biological in nature."

The Augusta Chronicle reported today that the "white, string-like" material was discovered amidst thousands of the spent fuel assemblies, which are submerged in deep nuclear storage pools within SRS's L Area Complex. (The image up top is of a similar nuclear storage pool at Italy's Caorso Nuclear Power Plant, which was decommissioned in 1990.)

After a series of storm warnings, drivers in the evening rush hour were prepared for almost anything. Except, that is, for it to start raining apples. Scores of them battered car roofs and windscreens before landing in the road at a busy junction in Coundon, Coventry.

The deluge of fruit brought traffic to a standstill at 6.45pm on Monday. A 20-yard stretch of the B4098 was left strewn with green slush after the incident. One motorist, who was travelling with her husband, said: ‘The apples fell out of nowhere. They were small and green and hit the bonnet hard. Everyone had to stop their cars suddenly.’

Comment: Even the Daily Mail recognises this is a Fortean moment... I have written about Charles Fort who must be cited as an evolutionary front runner (Tier 2, Spiral Dynamics, maybe 1 in a 100,000 or even higher in those days), based on the fact he was trying to integrate information about 100 years ago. His first book, 'The Book of the Damned', came from painstaking work of collecting newspaper clippings and information from scientific journals, when there was no internet to help him either when he was doing his amazing work... I understand the drive to integrate information to make sense of my reality, but it's extremely lonely business. The main issue here is why there are peculiar falls of 1 type of object only. Apples grow on trees and there should be twigs and branches and other debris if a mini-tornado was the cause, that is why there is the strange suggestion of apples falling from the hold of a plane, to explain the lack of other materials in this fall... Personally, I believe these strange instances are effectively "glitches" in the matrix, the organisation of our reality momentarily fails and instances have been recorded all over the world, time and time again. I can understand this based on the theory of multi-dimensional reality that I mentioned in my book, somehow signals got crossed. I am just glad that Charles Fort did his work to help the stream of human consciousness that is evolving and where beliefs that are fragmented and distorted cannot be accepted. We may be in the minority, but those of us interested in the true meaning of reality, who can't accept the superficial, are not really alone, there is a growing collective.

Dutch astronaut Andre Kuipers will have a special treat waiting for him in orbit when he arrives in space next month: five kilogrammes of Amsterdam's finest cheese, its maker said Saturday. The 53-year-old Kuipers is due to blast off on board a Soyuz rocket on December 21 with two other astronauts for a five-month-mission on board the International Space Station.

"Andre is a big fan of our cheese and asked us in a letter to arrange with space authorities to see if we could send up some of his favourite Old Amsterdam," the cheesemaker's spokeswoman Henriette Westland told AFP. "After numerous emails to NASA and the European Space Agency, they agreed to send up around 10 kilogrammes (22 pounds)," she added.

Comment: LOL! For some strange reason I first thought of the cartoon characters Wallace and Gromit... Whatever, I imagine that Andre Kuipers is having withdrawal symptoms...

Mystical Udumbara Flower Spotted in California Backyard

The legendary Udumbara flower, described in Buddhist sutras, was spotted blooming in a La Puente, Calif., backyard by a Buddhist follower at the end of October. The tiny white blossom is said to appear only about every 3,000 years, heralding the appearance of a holy person on earth.

Tony Fu, a devoted Buddhist originally from Taiwan, said that since he began to study the Buddhist scriptures in 2000, he occasionally hears objects around him talking to him, a phenomenon in keeping with the Buddhist faith.

Comment: Hmmmm.... I don't know if this is a genuine story... but the legends surrounding the Udumbara flower are quite interesting when they are taken in context with other beliefs around the world that there are times when there is a downpour of celestial energies. (The belief in a holy person like the Return of The Cosmic Christ, Maitreya, Planetary Buddha etc, implies that we are really talking about a level of divine energy, that has been anthropomorphised for the simple folk.) The evidence shows these downpours do come every few thousand years and then there are major hits every 13,000 and 26,000 years [LaViolette, Earth Under fire, 1997, 2005]. The Russians have provided us with some interesting data because when they built huge pyramids around Moscow, (the geometry acts as a perfect receiver and transmitter of celestial energies and provides a balancing function), then previously EXTINCT plants reappeared, indicating that the concentration of certain types of energies does transform the environment.

According to local newspaper Tamil Nesan, Kura Nitya from a village near Hyderabad has been discharging stones from her right eye for the past 15 days.

She has been weeping about 12 to 25 stones a day.

Comment: Humans have manifested crystals, glass and even needles out of their bodies.... I think some instances have a mundane answer, but others are a major mystery or maybe even examples of glitches in the matrix...

Residents of a quiet area of Lucerne were shocked recently to find that explosives had been buried beneath their streets. They were planted there by the Swiss army because the road was judged strategically important; in the event of invasion it would have been blown up.

But local people are angry that they didn’t know what was on their doorstep. They were only informed when the army decided to dig the devices up again. “I got a letter from the defense ministry, telling us there was dynamite buried here on our street, and that they were coming to take it away, “ Rieska Dommann told swissinfo.

Dommann, who is president of the local residents’ association, was particularly angry to discover that the explosives had been buried in 1989, just as the Cold War was ending. And Schuepbach admits that the Lucerne example is not unusual. There are in fact hundreds of strategic roads, tunnels and bridges in Switzerland which conceal permanent stores of explosives. “But I can’t tell you exactly how many, and exactly where they are, because that information is classified,” said Schuepbach.

Comment: I love Lucerne, it's a really magical place... but you really have to wonder about the warped mentality of the military, think about it, this really is deranged... So.... just in case robbers want to rob your house you plant a booby trap near the front door that you have to make sure you don't trigger yourself.... madness... Trees blamed for lack of air

A day after 136 students collapsed at a Kompong Cham high school while standing at attention as punishment for not showing deference to the national flag, the local police chief offered a unique explanation for the mass fainting – trees.

“According to the hospital’s analysis, the reason why the students fainted is [because of] the huge tree in the school compound and the farmland surrounding the school, which absorbed the oxygen,” said Heng Meng, police chief of Chamkar Leu district, adding that the punishment could not be blamed as one of the teachers “also [had difficulty breathing] and felt dizzy”.

Heng Phal Rith, school director of Bosknor high school in Chamkar Leu district, also cited the hospital’s report in blaming the incident on a lack of oxygen, adding that he “did not punish the students. It is just a rumour”.

Comment: It seems that the school director actually needs some basic education... Well, I was actually hoping for some enlightenment on the fainting phenomena that is taking place in this country and elsewhere, so I can work out whether my beliefs of group behaviour and human morphogenetic fields are actually tenable.

The young Vietnamese woman at the centre of the improbable medical case, Nguyen Thi Phuong, claims the transformation may have come about because of an extreme allergy to seafood. Nguyen, 26, says she developed this puffy face and sagging skin in 2008 but was too poor to seek treatment. Earlier this month, doctors said they would examine her free of charge. Nguyen’s husband, carpenter Thanh Tuyen, insists the story is true and his love has not faded for his once-beautiful wife.

It was the moment that I began to realise what I’d let myself in for. I casually remarked to a wing commander’s wife that I might wear a sharp trouser suit to an annual reception and she turned to me with a look of incredulity on her face.

‘You don’t really expect your husband to get promoted if you wear trousers, do you?’ she asked.

The faintest whiff of rebellion was clearly intolerable at RAF Lyneham, the Wiltshire base where my husband had been stationed. A new millennium was about to dawn, but to me it felt as if I had been transported back to the Fifties.

Comment: This article is of interest to me from my time in Italy as an ex-patriate when I came up against 'rank' conscious people. A good example about housing was the house that we lived in was too big for the likes of my husband's bosses wife. She was living in complete luxury, a house that was built by an extremely famous and rich owner of a drinks company (I think it was Cinzano). Anyway, our home was quite large but no where near the same category of size and luxury, but in her mind we needed to live in a hovel... She got her comeuppance when there was a merger and her husband was sacked. My ex-husband was not management and therefore too useful to get rid of... I learnt some lessons about how desperate these kind of spoilt women are too be seen with all the right people and of course I did not fit into that category until I made friends with Donatella Versarce's husband Paul (ex-male model) who offered to be the Scout master for the American Boy Scouts at the British School (yes, I know it's complicated), but Paul was useful as an ex-Eagle Scout and he helped enormously to get the show on the road... I have some stories to tell, photos, and a nice present with a signature as proof of my elevated social status... Extremely rich Italians who would not normally spit on you if you were on fire would actually say hello to me.... My last year in Italy was quite something...

Phoenix Goddess Temple Church Is A Brothel: Police (VIDEO)

Police busted members of a church authorities say was actually a front for prostitution.

Police claim the alleged brothel generated tens of thousands of dollars a month, according to CNN. The church's website, which appears to have been taken down, was one of the factors that led to the indictments of 33 people, CNN reports.

"Sex is a holy, sacred and divine healing force at the core [of] our beings" the site claimed, according to CNN. "Once we embrace this force instead of deny it, we become successful, happy and powerful manifestors."

Comment: Let's say, I was surprised by this report. This is a great quote from an accused male: 'At my church, I am called a practitioner...' Wow... don't you just love all that new agey talk... LOL!

First 'chatbot' conversation ends in argument

Two graduate PhD students at Cornell University gave voices and 2D avatars to a pair of online "chatbots", which they named Alan and Sruthi.

Jason Yosinski and Igor Labutov explained to BBC News what happened when they left the robots to converse and why they were "stunned" at the results.

Lab chimps see daylight for first time in 30 years

THIS is the moment a group of chimpanzees sees daylight for the first time in 30 years — after being locked in cages for medical testing. The animals hugged each other in delight before they took their first steps outside.

Emotional footage, below, shows how they reacted to their new surroundings. The outing marked the end of a 14-year bid to re-integrate the 38 primates after they spent most of their lives cooped up inside.

One commentator said: "They hugged as if saying, 'We're finally free'. And then they laughed."

Electricity as the universal basis for a new money system

A couple of weeks ago, a fresh idea for a new monetary system was quietly introduced that deserves more consideration. In fact, it's an idea so profound that it could potentially solve some of the biggest problems facing human civilization. Increasingly the masses are becoming dreadfully aware that the current predatory monetary system is the greatest threat to human freedom, world peace, and environmental harmony, and must be abolished and replaced with something new.

The pioneering proposal is to create a monetary system based on electricity. Popular alternative news radio host and former NASA scientist, Michael Rivero, motivated by his knowledge and extreme displeasure of the current banking system, proposed the "Lectro": a universal currency based on one kilowatt hour of electricity

Comment: Well, I have not been persuaded by the argument here and my initial view is this is just a crazy idea... electricity as currency.... (pun intended). Seriously, I don't know much about economics but I do know that the planet is being bombarded with highly charged sub-atomic particles that can flow like electricity, thereby affecting electronics and electrical equipment. Soon it's going to become a real problem, as there have been incidents when charged particles flowing through the air and ground, have caused some major problems (and ongoing problems like pipeline erosion), see the news archive Space Weather, Electronics & EM Chaos. Certainly, I was impressed when The Netherlands lost 3 TV/radio towers in one day and poor geomagnetic conditions must be considered as the likely cause of strange electrical fires. If we get a category 5 geomagnetic storm then national power grids are extremely vulnerable and hundreds of transformers could be burnt-out by ground currents, stopping the delivery of 'normal' electricity supply. Basically, electricity is literally falling on our heads, the problem is harnessing this energy and maybe the component of space weather that is normally invisible to our instruments but we KNOW it exists. Interestingly, a few intrepid scientists have proven with patents that they can utilise this power but the subject is generally taboo. Due to Space Weather, any vision for the future of mankind, must include safe power supply generation at a local level, but I think converting power supply into financial currency still seems really strange to me...

Man Regains Hearing After Earthquake

WASHINGTON - For patient Robert Valderzak, Tuesday's earthquake was a blessing in disguise. On Father’s Day, the 75-year-old lost his hearing when he fell. He has been in the hospital since then.

"He has a conductive loss, meaning that could be due to fluid or problems with the bones of the ear. And he has a nerve loss as well, so it's a combined loss," said Dr. Ross Fletcher, Chief of Staff at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Northwest D.C.

Valderzak used a special speaker phone with a light on it that flashed when it was ringing and an audio device system to communicate. But on Tuesday, something strange happened while his four children were visiting and that massive earthquake rocked the region.

When it was over, Valderzak, who sat in silence for months, sat up in his bed and told his kids, "I said, you know, my hearing is back. I can hear everything, people in the hallway.” As he was shaking around in his bed, something happened in his head, and he could hear and talk again.

The Bizarre Portuguese Flintstones House Built Amidst Boulders

Many people believed this Portuguese cottage was a Photoshop hoax when it first appeared on the internet as it seems impossible that a house could really exist squished between two enormous boulders. It does though. A true treasure, it's one of a kind.

Located in Nas montanhas de Fafe in Portugal, it certainly has a prehistoric feel, especially to all of us who grew up watching the Flintstones cartoon. It could come right out of Wilma and Fred's world with the boulders on either side. The house is rather squished at the front with just room for a door and a tiny window above it.

Comment: I am wondering if it is hurricane and tornado proof.... The Daily Mail has better images but too much chat about the Flintstones, They're the modern Stone Age family... so is this the REAL home of the Flintstones?

For about 250 years, our species has been known as Homo sapiens, a scientific name in Latin that means "wise man."

Given the havoc humans are wreaking on natural systems, putting ourselves and so many other living things in peril, we don't deserve this name, contends Julian Cribb, an Australian science writer and book author. In a letter published in the Aug. 18 issue of the journal Nature, Cribb makes a proposal.

"Changing our species name might risk infringing some of the hallowed rules of nomenclature, but it would send an important signal about our present collective behavior," he writes.

She was called the luckiest woman in the world. But now that luck is being called into question by some who think that winning the lottery four times is more than just a coincidental spell of good fortune.

Joan R. Ginther, 63, from Texas, won multiple million dollar payouts each time. First, she won $5.4 million, then a decade later, she won $2million, then two years later $3million and in the summer of 2010, she hit a $10million jackpot.

The odds of this has been calculated at one in eighteen septillion and luck like this could only come once every quadrillion years. Harper's reporter Nathanial Rich recently wrote an article about Ms Ginther, which calls the the validity of her 'luck' into question. First, he points out, Ms Ginther is a former math professor with a PhD from Stanford University specialising in statistics.

Polar bear's teeth removed from head of attack survivor

A 16-year-old boy injured by a polar bear in Norway had some of the animal's teeth removed from his skull during emergency surgery, it has emerged.

Patrick Flinders, from Jersey, suffered a fractured skull and was flown to the UK on Sunday with fellow survivor Scott Bennell-Smith, 16, from Cornwall.

Patrick's father said he was a "hero" for trying to fight off the bear that killed Horatio Chapple, 17, on Friday.

Comment: Truly unbelievable.... Well, I don't think climate campaigners will be producing any more ridiculous polar bear videos, as there are going to be a lot less people feeling sympathetic for polar bears after this tragedy.

Oslo - A polar bear mauled one person to death and left four other members of a British group seriously injured in an attack on Friday in the Norwegian Arctic archipelago of Svalbard, authorities said.

"One person has died and four others are injured. Their injuries are serious," Liv Asta Oedegaard, a spokesperson at the Svalbard district governor's office, said.

Comment: So, where was the Norwegian guide with the gun? Polar bears are dangerous and you do not visit the island of Svalbard without someone in your group with a gun, because despite all the climate change propaganda about polar bears, they are not cuddly at all and will kill and eat you given half a chance.

A man from Canada filmed a freaky cloud formation, dubbed the "Roman God Cloud" during a storm whipping up in his backyard. Naturally, there are plenty of people rushing to claim it's some sort of portentous sign from the Heavens. Denoting just what that may be, is, as usual, pretty vague.

But it doesn't detract from the awesome spectacle which forms right in front of his very eyes. And, luckily, his handy video camera.

Comment: Sorry, I will refrain from speculating about this. The camerarman manages to refrain from swearing but he does say "Holy Freak!"

STOCKHOLM (AP) — A Swedish man who was arrested after trying to split atoms in his kitchen said Wednesday he was only doing it as a hobby.

Richard Handl told The Associated Press that he had the radioactive elements radium, americium and uranium in his apartment in southern Sweden when police showed up and arrested him on charges of unauthorized possession of nuclear material.

The 31-year-old Handl said he had tried for months to set up a nuclear reactor at home and kept a blog about his experiments, describing how he created a small meltdown on his stove.

Only later did he realize it might not be legal and sent a question to Sweden's Radiation Authority, which answered by sending the police.

Comment: Is this a good example of extreme compartmentalised thinking? Only thinking about danger well after already completing some of his 'experiments'?

IQ level tied to choice of internet browser

In a study that is likely to incite controversy, AptiQuant, a Vancouver, British Columbia based Psychometric Consulting company has released a report that it says shows users of Microsoft Internet Explorer have lower Intelligence Quotient’s (IQs) than do users of other internet browsers. The company is basing its claims on scores online users received when taking the online Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (IV) test.

The test results were collected from over 100,000 English speaking people from New Zealand, Australia, the UK, Canada and the United States, over a span of four weeks and the score results were compared with the browser used to reach the site offering the test, which were offered free to random users.

Comment: Hmmm... I simply can't stand Internet Explorer it drives me nuts in comparison to Firefox, but the FireFox browser seems to be getting worse and worse for stability, but nothing would make me want to adopt IE.

Driver Shi Shao, 48, told police in Shaoyang, Hunan province, southern China, that he thought he'd hit a pothole and was returning to his depot to have the suspension checked.

But his horrified passengers begged him to stop when they saw the bus's rear axle behind them in the road and could feel the floor of the vehicle turning red hot as it scraped along the road.

When a Stevenson High School senior on Monday sent us photos of a couple of fish he found on his driveway in Buffalo Grove after the storm, I couldn't stop myself from speculating in print about “raining fish.” However, I accepted a meteorologist's suggestion that the fish could have been dropped by birds caught in the storm as a perfectly plausible explanation. “It takes a considerable amount of lift to lift things out of the water,” says Pat Slattery, the National Weather Service spokesman for Illinois and 13 other states in the central part of our nation. Hail rides the updraft, getting bigger and bigger before it falls to earth, but no one ever talks about hail the size of a bucket of five-inch-long fish.

July 9, 2011 Albuquerque, New Mexico - I asked “ Ted Connors” for a description of the library book he checked out in Montgomery, Alabama, on December 20, 2010, that was confiscated at his work place on December 22, 2010, by National Security Agency and Homeland Security agents “under the Patriot Act” and never returned. Ted Connors has also been trying to get a copy of the library's original December 20, 2010, check out information, but has been stonewalled at the library and other county government offices he has contacted.

Five months ago in a February 21, 2011, email to a research colleague, Ted had described the book cover and its images that he could remember of Zeus and the Parthenon. Today Ted sent me that February emailed description and photo examples of Zeus and the Parthenon that he thinks are close to what were on the confiscated book's front cover (below).

Comment: I can't get over this report, the confiscation of a library book about GREEK MYTHOLOGY!! Seriously, WTF? My answer to this is to do something rebellious today. Yes, read something classical.... If you can't be bothered to go the library to get your banned Greek mythology, then I suggest www.sacred-texts.com. It's full of old books with interesting information if you understand the religion. Greek mythology is mostly about the worship of the sun, moon, stars and heavens that is hidden by being anthropomorphised. It's really quite simple and the way to decode all the old astronomically based mythology. Zeus represents universal energy. I will now expect a knock at the door....

Comment: I think this article is seeking to bolster the spiritual tourism trade. Well, it is a well known fact amongst those interested in esoteric facts, that the most important buildings have traditionally been placed on energy vortexes or portals. This is literally where spiritual energy comes spiralling down from the sky and enters the Earth or spirals up from the Earth out into the cosmos. That is why churches have tall spires that act as Torsion generators, beacons picking up and dispensing Torsion fields. These are pure informational fields energies that can be a hidden component of electromagnetic fields and they provide information as first described by Elie Cartan and Albert Einstein, now known as Torsion Field Theory. These fields are related to scalar fields but scientists have retained a distinction. So what kind of information is being picked up and dispensed and who or what is processing this information.... God, the angels or what? That's a good question... The good burghers of the Icelandic town of Bolungarvik have intervened to prevent further action by elves who are evidently unhappy they weren't consulted about the construction of an anti-avalanche barrier.

Bolungarvik recently suffered a bombardment of rocks during "routine dynamiting" on the barrier, with fist-sized missiles causing damage to several properties.

This led locals to suspect the huldufólk (hidden people) had finally got a bit miffed with civil engineering projects, including the construction last year of a road tunnel through a hill.

Icelandic folklore advises caution when venturing into possible huldufólk territory, and disturbing the rocks in which they're believed to live.

Comment: This reminds me of the research by Jacques Vallee and his book Passport To Magnolia: On UFOs, Folklore, and Parallel Worlds where there some intriguing discussion of the 'little' folk... Since I lived in Norway, I am very aware that there is still a strong belief in trolls (I have met a few... that's a joke) and modern day accounts still occur. $11 billion treasure revealed beneath temple in India

A court-ordered search of vaults beneath a temple in India has turned up a treasure worth at least $11 billion, according to reports from the Indian state of Kerala.

An inventory of what lies beneath the Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple in Thiruvananthapuram, as reported on the website Business-Standard.com and others, reads like a prop list from an "Indiana Jones" movie: [...]

As word of the find has spread, Kerala police are asking for help to safeguard the treasure, according to media reports.

"It is too big a challenge for the police. We have no trained personnel to manage such a huge treasure. We have sought the help of several agencies who can really help us," Jacob Punnose, director general of the Kerala police, told India Today.

I like all the Mer-people, Aquafolk, Naiads et al, and will heartily sympathize with good encounter tales of such beings. I'm not sure that the one which follows meets that criterion. [...]

Regarding the event itself: the witness was attracted to a commotion among the "natives" who had netted a creature. Upon approaching the scene, the witness saw that what they had in their net was no "fish" but something with human characteristics.

The witness asked what it was and was informed that they had, once again, caught a mermaid. [who knows what actual terminology was used, as the "broken-english-using" locals would seem unlikely to be using the term "mermaid" --- this begins to concern me a bit].

He was told that they wouldn't kill it but that it would die on its own. Which, "weeping", it did over the space of a half an hour.

Comment: Well, I am spending more time studying ancient mythology and astronomy, so the enigma of mermaids is becomes highly relevant, especially when we have modern stories to fan the flames and keep ancient memories alive.

The Shroud of Turin was made by medieval artist Giotto, it was claimed yesterday. The 14ft length of fabric, said to be the burial cloth of Christ, bears a faint image of a man and appears to be stained by blood. However carbon-dating tests have suggested it was produced between 1260 and 1390.

Now Italian art expert Luciano Buso has suggested that the original cloth deteriorated and Giotto was asked to make a copy.

Comment: In 1998, when I lived in Italy, I was fortunate to get the opportunity to see the Shroud of Turin on public display. What was most remarkable to me was to witness the public reverence of a 'holy' relic.... However, the most interesting thing about this special event was the sideshows of goodies on display that are rarely seen by the public... the jewel infested crowns and crosses gifted to the 'Holy' Church by kings and queens for services rendered... The whole thing is really disgusting when you understand how these 'rulers' behaved. Over many years I haver studied the 'Holy' Church and living in Italy was an excellent opportunity to see evidence firsthand of how these rulers lived like kings and queens. Today, we have historians that have been forced to hold conferences because of the high percentage of forged documents from the early Middle Ages, but forgeries have been coming out at a factory rate from Rome for a long before that time. The Shroud of Turin was probably produced to bolster the religious tourism business by the rich faithful who loved to see the 'holy' relics. These days, there is too much integrity around and too many scholars are refusing to maintain the mountain of lies... and that's a good thing.

That's because a lorry has fallen down this massive fracture in the road which opened up as he drove over it. The two men who were inside the cab at the time of the accident were both injured, but there were no reports of how badly. Authorities are now investigating the accident but they suspect the truck, which was carrying steel pipes, was overweighted. The accident is just one of hundreds that take place in China each year, with the country being one of the most dangerous places in the world to drive. Comment: We had a rash of potholes in Canada last week but I am not sure I should assume that we are being hit again from the cosmos... Whatever, I am seriously impressed with this hole, but I am a little surprised that there does not seem to be much substance to this road, ~~which looks like it might be above underground parking~~. But thanks to its peculiar language, symbols and diagrams, often strangely familiar but insistently elusive in meaning, it has intrigued and frustrated anthropologists, linguists and mathematicians for centuries. Even the elite cryptologists at the US National Security Agency drew a blank after spending years trying to decode it in the 1950s.

Comment: A nice example of how hard some had to work to keep certain information away from the prying eyes of corrupt 'authorities' that would kill you immediately if they thought there was something to be gained. Yet, look at some of the history of the book and the organisations still trying to decrypt it, that should tell you something too...

Comment: The translation is not brilliant, but good enough for us to know that experts have established some basics about what is going on. Well, since we know that UFOs/UAPs that were normally hidden in the aether are now appearing left, right and centre, we can start looking at all the other examples where we are seeing anomalous events that indicate the "magnetic video" of the aether appearing in strange places. From a more scientific perspective, due to the electromagnetic chaos in our environment, it seems information held as "scalar" fields are being converted into electromagnetic fields that appear in our reality.

Barack Obama's car, nicknamed 'the beast', gets stuck

Barack Obama's cavalcade car caused some drama when it got stuck emerging from the gates of the US embassy in Dublin. The low bottom of the car, nicknamed 'the beast' because of its bomb-proof features, seemed to catch on a ramp crossing over the gateway.

It is not clear if Mr Obama was in the car involved as security officials blocked the view of the incident. The US President and First Lady then left by another exit.

Comment: LOL! LOL! LOL! I know that when the US president is away from home, there is a small army of people who travel with him (I know because I have travelled and I have met Americans who know the details) and there are extensive plans, so this little hiccup is even funnier.... Another little reminder that it does not matter who you, plans and circumstances do occur that we cannot always foresee.

Fish Stick Has Image of Jesus Christ

The comedy website Cracked.com crossed the country with believers on pilgrimages to unlikely holy sites like a Chicago underpass where allegedly the Virgin Mary appeared in salt stain on the wall.

Comment: There is a compilation of 28 pictures here that help to elucidate the nature of this phenomenon and so are worth viewing, but there are a few jokes in there too. I have been ignoring these stories for years, but now I am quite confident based on my research from older esoteric sources, that we are seeing images stored in the ether, appearing all over the place and they are appearing due to chaotic electromagnetic conditions bringing in images and entities into our reality that are normally hidden. Since Jesus Christ is highly venerated as God, and the Virgin Mary is venerated by millions of Catholics, they are images loaded with emotional human energy and it would take less energy to bring them out into our reality, but we have seen many other even stranger reports of writing appearing on the bodies of babies and adults too. Husband Celebrates Miracle as 'Brain Dead' Wife Wakes Up in Hospital

This unthinkable sticker price for "The Making of a Fly" on Amazon.com was spotted on April 18 by Michael Eisen, an evolutionary biologist and blogger. The market-blind book listing was not the result of uncontrollable demand for Peter Lawrence's "classic work in developmental biology," Eisen writes. Instead, it appears it was sparked by a robot price war.

Comment: I presume this is what happened when I found the book Through the Curtain (1983) by Viola Petitt Neal, at $999.97 that prompted me to write a new webpage A Thousand Dollars Book Celebration with long quotes from the book. It was like that for at least 3/4 days and infact, I should have checked because that was only the lowest price available for 1 of the 2 books on sale.... Well, this robot pricing or price gouging by Amazon is quite a joke and I think there is something very strange about all this.... Well, I have found a copy of a so called rare book on Amazon.co.uk for an extremely cheap price but the same book was being price gouged on Amazon.com.

Comment: Online images but still not that good, here & here. Well, I agree something very strange was happening here. Something orb-like appeared at 0:06 and I am suspicious about the black blob cloud that seems to be morphing quite a bit... the 'sun' did seem to be pulsating and then when 'Mary' appeared you can also see that it's in direct line with a helical beam of what some would presume was sunlight, see my highlight here. The apparition is like the archetypal 'Black' Mary with the colour scheme of white 'clothes' surrounded by a darker cloak (approx. diamond shape), but it appears with a strangely pulsating sun and at times Mary's head/neck seems to elongate so I just think it is some kind of mirage that religious folk are presuming to be some divine being. Yes, I suppose it could be some orb shape-shifting entity but whatever, it's interesting when we are also seeing so many claims of people seeing manifestations of Jesus all over the place and maybe this is just another example of the serious bleedthrough of thoughtforms held in the aethers.

THE freak phenomenon of fish raining from the sky continued with another load found bucketing down in a Territory community.

The small bait could be found en masse at the airport strip in Lajamanu - about 550km southwest of Katherine. Territory politician Rob Knight was flabbergasted to find the fish on the red soil on the edge of the Tanami Desert - hundreds of kilometres from Lake Argyle and Lake Elliot. "These fish had not long been on the ground," he said. The NT News reported on February 28 last year how Lajamanu was covered not once, but twice, by fish falling from the sky.

Local Aged Care Centre co-ordinator Christine Balmer said then she had to pinch herself when she found "hundreds". "These fish were alive when they hit the ground," she said.

A tornado may be responsible for the phenomenon. But Mr Knight speculated increased UFO activity in the Top End, as often reported in the NT News was behind the wacky appearance.

Comment: We have seen increasing levels of Fortean phenomena and I expect it to get worse as the magnetics on the planet gets more and more unstable.

A puppy euthanized by veterinarians has risen from the dead. The black-and-white pooch was one of five young dogs put to sleep Saturday at a shelter in Sulphur, Okla., News 9 in Oklahoma City reported. Each dog was checked and confirmed to be dead, then the 3-month-old and his four siblings were placed in a trash bin.

On Sunday morning, an animal control officer looked into the bin and discovered that the one pup somehow survived. "He was just as healthy as could be," Scott Prall told News 9.

The puppies were selected to be euthanized because of illness, as well as overcrowding due to limited shelter space in the state, said Amanda Kloski, a veterinarian in Oklahoma who has been caring for the puppy since his resurrection.

Comment: OK, we can't JUMP to any conclusions but maybe we can happily skip to the idea are we seeing a preference for life over death kicking in? Stories like this are certainly worth noting, just in case we are seeing another new phenomenon appearing on the planet...

THIS unusual leaf pattern on Leckhampton Hill has become the latest internet sensation. The picture, taken by dog walker Freddie Holding during the winter's snow, was printed in the Echo in December. She sent the picture to the paper to see if readers had suggestions on how the patterns were formed. [...]

Experts at Cheltenham Tree Services said they believed the pattern was man-made. However, the article has now found its way onto the internet, with dozens of people contacting the paper from all over the world with suggestions. Dave Collins contacted the Echo from Virginia in the United States. He said: "It looks as though someone had gone through on a yard tractor.

"Tractors can create ruts into which snow falls and melts, being warmer than the ground surrounding it. "It is pretty but certainly not the work of any force more mysterious than a riding mower."

Ed Moors, from Holland, said: "My first thought was it might have been caused by a ground vibration. "The trees might have acted as an antenna and passed vibration to the ground."

Pierre Larouche, from Canada, added: "People walked in the woods in advance of the snow and, using a chemical powder, traced the patterns. When the snow fell, it melted faster on the pattern due to the temperature of the soil." [...]

Clifford F Oliver wrote: "I believe the phenomena is evidence that time is changing. "The pattern within the trunk is being altered by a change in magnetic flux. "As we near the point of pole shift or zero point, time may stop or become non-existent."

Comment: Maybe the interest is that people are starting to realise something extraordinary is happening and are watching out for the next strange event. The suggestions for what caused this are interesting, but the only one that sounds feasible to me is the trees acting as antennas and the snow circles being caused by some kind of Earth vibration. U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords continued a recovery on Wednesday that doctors called remarkable and "lightning speed" as she moved out of an intensive care unit and began full-time rehabilitation 18 days after a bullet ripped through the left side of her brain.

As police halted traffic and a media horde captured the scene, Giffords was moved by ambulance early Wednesday from Memorial Hermann Hospital to TIRR Memorial Hermann, just two blocks away in the Texas Medical Center. She received physical therapy after her transfer and was expected to also participate in occupational and speech therapies.

"Since Gabby arrived last Friday, we have noticed daily improvements in her neurological condition," Dr. Dong Kim, Giffords' neurosurgeon, said at an afternoon news conference Wednesday. "We're very pleased with that. In terms of recoveries for brain issues, this is really at lightning speed."

Comment: I truly believe that people are praying for this woman all over the world and wish her well, hence the remarkable recovery.

Italian man shot in head sneezes out bullet

A reveller shot in the head amazed doctors by sneezing out the bullet and is expected to make a full recovery with no lasting harm.

Darco Sangermano, 28, was accidentally shot during a New Year's Eve party in Naples as he celebrated with his girlfriend. The bullet entered his head through his temple, breaking the temporal bone and passing behind his eye, before coming to rest in his nose.

Mr Sangermano was one of three people shot during the celebrations in Naples. One person died from their injuries. He was taken to hospital and while waiting to see a doctor, the bullet popped out of his right nostril. After receiving a check-up, Mr Sangermano was discharged.

Comment: Yes, this is really strange... but I find these stories of people surviving bullets in the head quite amazing...

Hernandez and a handful of witnesses to a lone gunman’s shooting spree outside a Tucson supermarket are being hailed for their actions in the aftermath of the gunfire that transformed a peaceful Saturday morning political gathering into a scene of carnage and chaos.

Comment: I am not interested in the politics here or the conspiracy theories, I just don't think the Congresswoman Gabby Giffords deserved a bullet in the back of the head. I am seriously impressed that the bullet went straight through her brain and even though she was badly injured, she could respond to her intern Hernandez, who might have saved her life. I am glad she had someone who really did cared enough about her. I have also seen the reports of the brave woman that tried to knock the gun out of the shooters hands and the old people who went after him and wrestled him to the ground, one of them was 74 years old, Ret. Col.: Loughner Cried "You're Hurting Me!", it seems the old folks in Arizona are quite tough... I am just not interested in the politics but I am quite shocked about the gun toting warlike tone of the political rhetoric, even from prominent politicians. Maybe this is just a reflection of the survival of the fittest meme - by any means - that especially dominates American society. Organisms with albino mutations are pretty weird in general, but albino plants are extra weird.

Ultra-rare albino redwood trees completely lack the green pigment chlorophyll, which they need to live (by photosynthesizing nutrients from light). These plants are literally vampires. They are pale (everwhite instead of evergreen), and they survive by sucking the life from other trees.

These vampires remain attached to the roots of their healthy, normal, parent trees (coastal redwoods can reproduce asexually by sprouting new shoots from roots or stumps), and survive by sucking energy from them. But the hotel management apparently had second thoughts after questions arose about whether the opulent tree was innocent good cheer or unfortunate bad taste.

Comment: The impression I am starting to get is that the super rich are worrying that too many people are wising up to the tricks used to create the disparity and so they no longer feel so smug and safe with such ostentatious displays of wealth.

He used his considerable intellect, incredible wealth, position and resources to investigate the existence of energies that the scientific community still prefers to ignore today. Now that our planet is being flooded by cosmic energies that we barely understand (dark matter and dark energy), it might explain why this kind of strange manifestation seems to be on the rise. Head teacher forced to apologise for error-laden report

A head teacher has been forced to apologise after a school report was sent to a parent containing 14 spelling and grammatical errors.

The form tutor sent the ''shocking'' email to the parents of a pupil in her class at Gleed Girls' Technology College, in Spalding, Lincs. Some of the mistakes seem to be typing errors made in haste, such as "requriements" and "everning".

But others, such as "boardering" and "occaisions" indicate a need for the teacher to be sent back to primary school.

Comment: Terrible... I am sure people have noticed that my blog often has spelling and grammatical errors, but my html editor does not have a spellchecker, and I don't see many errors as the brain often sees what it wants to see, not what is actually written. In fact, when I was trying to edit my book alone, I seriously thought I had dsylexia. Yes, I have had complaints because there were about 4 errors per chapter after many weeks of trying to erradicate the mistakes. I suppose the grammer was not brilliant too, but I did take a dim view of people moaning especially when I was trying to make people aware that our world is dramatically changing, and I was also under some serious psychic stress that I could have done without. At least I can say that after four years, my insight has been proven to be correct, regardless of the typos.

Three teenage boys have been found alive after being lost in their boat in the Pacific Ocean for 50 days. The boys, from the Tokelau Islands, a New Zealand-administered territory in the South Pacific, had been given up for dead after an unsuccessful search.

A tuna fishing boat picked them up near Fiji and is taking them to hospital for treatment for severe sunburn. The boys survived on coconuts, water they trapped on a tarpaulin and a seabird they managed to catch. 'Strong mental spirit'

The boys - Samu Perez and Filo Filo, both 15, and Edward Nasau, 14 - had gone missing from Atafu atoll in a small aluminium boat after an annual sporting event on 5 October. They were presumed to have died after unsuccessful searches by the New Zealand air force.

US teen burglar busted on MySpace

A US teenager has been caught when he logged on to his MySpace account after breaking into a house and forgot to log off.

Local media say that when police were called to the Florida home after the robbery they discovered the computer was logged into a MySpace account in the name of Robert Rupp. Police arrested Rupp soon afterwards and he had screwdrivers in his pockets. He later admitted to the break-in, saying he did it because it was cold outside.

Comment: Interestingly, this is happening quite frequently. People break-in, make themselves at home and 'forget' to cover their tracks...

LOWER TRURO — Allen and Violet Large can’t quite understand all the fuss over their decision to give away the lion’s share of their whopping $11.2-million lottery win. The elderly Nova Scotia couple say they managed to get by in their 147-year-old house with their prized 1987 Dodge Diplomat for many decades before striking it rich in a Lotto 6-49 draw last July.

But after it was revealed late Wednesday that they had handed out all of the winnings — minus about two per cent tucked away for themselves "for a rainy day"— media outlets were calling non-stop before they took the phone off the hook.

"We’re overwhelmed with everything," Violet said in the couple’s cosy living room in Lower Truro. "We didn’t do this to get recognition. We did this because we wanted to. . . . We’re just country hicks."

Comment: I was going to comment about the original story and then I saw that this act of altruism has set off a media frenzy. Has there been another strange sighting as before, but in Arizona instead of California?

There apparently has been another “Giant Butterfly” sighting, similar to the previous reported one here.

[...] What the Arizona sighting describes is a ‘BLACK CIRCLE WITHIN A YELLOWISH CIRCLE. THE YELLOW BEING THIN AND THE BLACK THE CENTER…on the underside of the wings. Not many flying creatures have this marking under their wings with the exception of the OWL BUTTERFLY. If one views photos of the wings of the OWL BUTTERFLY, it will see that these same markings when seen from below, look like eyes and that is how the OWL BUTTERFLY is able to ward off larger birds.

It has the appearance of an owl staring down at them. But my sighting in California and the Arizona sighting were of an enormous butterfly…or an object that looked and flew like one…but the markings of the OWL BUTTERFLY are hard to shake…could this actually be a gigantic owl butterfly?. Whether this creature is indeed an enormous tride and true butterfly..owl butterfly species or some kind of butterfly creature from another realm of reality or some lost cave in Australia, its presence could mean quite the contrary to an unsettling future.

Hope?..a blessing of some kind?..a metamorphasis for the earth as a butterfly symbolizes as we enter a new age?..this sort of symbolism doesn’t seem to dwell well with the usual crop of doom and gloomers though but it is just as genuine an offer as earthquakes and disasters. Hopefully even more credible sightings will come in on the giant butterfly with some genuine video or photographs.

Comment: The cryptologists are soon going to become very busy... Maybe there should be no surprise that people think that these type of strange sightings are a harbinger of doom, as these beliefs run very deep...

Aircraft crashes after crocodile on board escapes and sparks panic

A small airliner crashed into a house, killing a British pilot and 19 others after a crocodile smuggled into the aircraft in a sports bag escaped and started a panic.

The plane came down despite no apparent mechanical problems during an internal flight in the Democratic Republic of Congo. It has now emerged that the crash was caused by the concealed reptile escaping and causing a stampede in the cabin, throwing the aircraft off-balance.

Comment: Well, I am not sure how to categorise this incident. I suppose it's amazing that someone survived to tell the weird tale... But, on a deeper level, one selfish and stupid person, took a gamble that cost them their own life and many others. It's like some just don't even appreciate why certain rules are imposed in the first place. They don't have the ability to think about ALL the possible consequences and therefore come up with all the worse case scenario, which is exactly what happened.

Cancer 'is purely man-made' say scientists after finding almost no trace of disease in Egyptian mummies

A review of Egyptian mummies, fossil records dating back to dinosaurs and classical literature found tumours to be extremely rare until recent times, when factors from pollution to poor diet made life more toxic.

They discovered that the disease rate has risen dramatically since the Industrial Revolution, in particular childhood cancer – proving that the rise is not simply due to people living longer. Comment: I explained in my book, that the Egyptians had a deeply spiritual understanding of their connection with cosmic and earth energies and the need to maintain balance, especially in stormy geomagnetic conditions. According to Russian sources, this is how the pharoahs kept cancer at bay.

Brazilian clown elected to congress

A professional clown has picked up 1.3 million votes in the Brazilian election to represent Sao Paulo in congress.

Tiririca, a 45-year-old television humorist whose real name is Francisco Oliveira, received the highest number of votes for any federal deputy across the country. His TV campaign ads, featuring him dancing around in a tiny hat and multi-coloured outfit with a cheesy smile, were easily the most irreverent spots in the lead-up to the general elections.

"It couldn't get any worse. Vote for me," was his campaign slogan, which were followed by a number of riffs tapping into public cynicism about politics.

"What does a federal deputy do? I have no idea, but vote for me and I'll let you know," went one of his ads.

Man dies after satnav sends him into a reservoir

A man has died in Spain after his car's satellite navigation system sent him down an abandoned road and into a reservoir.

The 37-year old drowned after following directions on the GPS device which had not been updated to show the creation of La Serena reservoir at Capilla, near Badajoz in southwestern Spain. A 38-year old passenger escaped from the Peugeot 306 as it became submerged and managed to swim to shore. The survivor told rescuers that the incident happened shortly after 11pm on Saturday when the pair were trying to find their way home from a fair.

"It appears that the vehicle's GPS device directed them down an old road which ended in the reservoir," a spokesman for the Red Cross said. "But because it was dark they didn't see the water in time to brake and the vehicle sank within a few minutes."

Comment: As I have stated before, in stormy geomagnetic conditions GPS and SAT NAV are unreliable, but in this case, we have another case of people being lost and caught out by a poorly updated road mapping system.

Pig learns to walk on two legs

A pig which can walk on two legs has become a local celebrity in China.

The 10-month-old porker is known by villagers as "Zhu Jianqiang" (Strong-willed Pig) after it was born with only two front legs and learned to balance on them well enough to walk. According to its owner, Wang Xihai, it was one of nine piglets born in a litter this January. He said: "My wife asked me to dump it but I refused as it's a life. I thought I should give it a chance to survive and unexpectedly it survived healthy."

Comment: The pig owner has shown a deep and profound respect for life, quite thought provoking...

Prophecies Fulfilled: From Fatima to Kibeho and Medjugorje

There are two sets of Marian apparitions of the 20th century (one extending into the 21st) that have had much in common, and whose similarity is quite noteworthy for the immeasurable consequences. They are the apparitions of Medjugorje, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and the apparitions of Kibeho, Rwanda.

Both apparitions began in 1981. Both contained a group of young visionaries, mostly teenagers, experiencing the phenomena – six visionaries at Medjugorje, seven at Kibeho. Both featured extraordinary supernatural signs witnessed by thousands of people. Both contained visions of the afterlife given to the young visionaries. Perhaps most importantly, both apparitions correctly predicted significant world catastrophes, from war to genocide.

More specifically, Our Lady of Medjugorje correctly predicted the wars in the former Yugoslavia and the end of Communism in the region, while Our Lady of Kibeho correctly predicted the Rwandan genocides. What is most remarkable is that these correct prophecies came years before any serious political or military conflict was noticeable in the regions of these apparitions.

Comment: Well, I have never heard before that the people of Rwanda were warned and given time to stop the genocide. Society seeks guidance from space on Peak District climb

THE Peak District's highest mountain, Kinder Scout, is best known for its dramatic gritstone landscape – rather than its links with aliens from Venus and Mars. However, over the Bank Holiday weekend, almost 30 members of the Aetherius Society came from all over the country to pray and chant mantras on the peak, which they believe to be charged with "spiritual energy" by extraterrestrials.

Founded in 1955 by Dr George King, the Aetherius Society believes that there are 19 mountains worldwide, nine of which are in this country, which are "charged" with this energy.

Comment: Obviously, I have a different opinion, but I will point out that historically, certain mountain peaks in Tibet have been crowded out with literally tens of thousands of Tibetan Buddhists in hundreds of monasteries and temples, (some of which still exist and have been specially preserved), who were interested in obtaining this special energy.

A bull jumped into the stands at a bullring in northern Spain injuring up to 40 people, according to officials. It happened in Tafalla, when the animal leapt over the fence and climbed up the stairs of the stands, knocking people over. [...]

Spectators were watching a contest of "recortadores", where participants attempt to dodge the bull as it runs frantically around the arena. The incident comes as the country is split over whether bull fighting should be completely outlawed. Last month Catalonia became the first major Spanish region to ban the deadly sport.

Comment: Maybe, now a few more people will think about banning this tradition 'sport'. On a metaphysical level, I imagine that in the morphic field that belongs to the animal "bull" consciousness, there is quite a lot of resentment towards humans, so the odd bull going beserk should be no surprise. Comment: So it's hundreds of years after some of these Inca artefacts were stolen by the Conquidistors, but modern day anthropologists have still failed to crack the code that unlock Inca secrets. I suppose it's the same problem that faces researchers who want to enforce their beliefs about S. American calendars. It is very apparent, that there is not enough understanding of the indigenous beliefs associated with consciousness, so that now, Mayan and Inca descents the Q'ero have been proven to be correct in their beliefs that we are experiencing a massive transition of energy that is catapulting the world into a New Age, but the world is still largely ignorant of the fact. Hence today, many 'researchers' have generated a myth of a galactic alignment that lasts one day ignoring the rest of the information that has been carefully explained by indigenous Elders about cosmic cycles.

Shot in the head ... but he drove himself to hospital

A man drove himself to hospital after being shot in the head in the Hunter Valley yesterday evening.

The 37-year-old was wounded during a confrontation on Wollombi Road, Muswellbrook about 7.30pm, police said. He hid in an Allyn Way house, before heading to Muswellbrook Hospital for treatment. He was flown to John Hunter Hospital and is in a stable condition. Police said they searched the area but no one was arrested and no weapons were found.

Comment: Wow! This is on par with the women who made a cup of tea for the police when they arrived after she had been shot in the head, but the bullet had passed through and miraculously she survived to make lots more cups of tea!

Indian police look to pyramid power to cut accidents

MUMBAI — They have been credited with supernatural or paranormal properties since the days of ancient Egypt. Now the putative power of pyramids is to be harnessed by Indian police to cut road accidents. Traffic officers in Nagpur, 540 miles (870 kilometres) west of Mumbai, have agreed to allow small pyramids to be placed at 10 accident-prone sites in the city to see if their claimed positive energy can reduce crashes.

Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic) Sahebrao Patil said the road safety initiative came about after a meeting with an expert in Vastu, an ancient Hindu system of construction which is similar to Chinese Feng Shui. "He told me that he had placed a number of pyramids on roads outside the city and the results were excellent. The number of accidents reduced. He wanted to do it in the city, so I said, 'OK, no problem'," Patil told AFP.

"He's going to be installing them in 10 spots. They won't be on the road directly but at the corner of chowks (squares) or near traffic signals so they won't obstruct traffic." Vastu expert Sushil Fatehpuria, who offered his services free of charge, said that each 30 centimetre (one foot) tall pyramid will have a copper bottom and five smaller pyramids inside. "I think the accidents are caused by negative energies. So we need to minimise or convert the negative energy into positive ones," he said.

New study finds cell phones kill honey bees

In a recent report in the journal Current Science, scientists are claiming that mobile phones are behind the disappearance of honey bees in Europe and North America.

They say radiation from cell phones is getting in the way of honey bees' navigation senses, making them so confused they lose their way home.

This new research may explain why the bee population has declined for years in what's being called Colony Collapse Disorder. NBC 25 talked with Gary Briggs, a local beekeeper who says something needs to be done about this, because it's becoming harder and harder to keep his bees alive. "If we keep losing bees, pretty soon we are going to lose our food supply.So it's a serious deal, and the sooner they can find out what's causing it or what culmination of affects, is what I think we need to get to," said Beekeeper Gary Briggs.

Comment: I don't know whether this is the real answer, but cell phone radiation is another electropollution hazard that is not just an issue for bees. Plato's stave: academic cracks philosopher's musical code

It may sound like the plot of a Dan Brown novel, but an academic at the University of Manchester claims to have cracked a mathematical and musical code in the works of Plato. Jay Kennedy, a historian and philosopher of science, described his findings as "like opening a tomb and discovering new works by Plato."

Plato is revealed to be a Pythagorean who understood the basic structure of the universe to be mathematical, anticipating the scientific revolution of Galileo and Newton by 2,000 years. Kennedy's breakthrough, published in the journal Apeiron this week, is based on stichometry: the measure of ancient texts by standard line lengths. Kennedy used a computer to restore the most accurate contemporary versions of Plato's manuscripts to their original form, which would consist of lines of 35 characters, with no spaces or punctuation. What he found was that within a margin of error of just one or two percent, many of Plato's dialogues had line lengths based on round multiples of twelve hundred.

Comment: These numbers seem appear to be a nice example of how Plato encoded astronomical information about the divisions of the precessional cycle in an attempt to preserve even more ancient knowledge. At the same time, Plato could have embedded the mathematical laws related to the harmonics of the universe that modern day scientists have rediscovered.

Abstracting Atlantis: Scientists Find Evidence of Mayan Underwater City

In December 2009, Herald de Paris published a curious article about the likely discovery of a submerged city in the Western Caribbean. While the discovery could have tremendous implications for modern archaeology, the story remained, forgive the pun, largely under the radar.

Today, we sit down with architectural historian and archaeologist Jes Alexander, who spearheaded the research team, to get the first-hand details of what could be a piece of real-life Atlantis. Maria Popova: What is it, exactly, that your team discovered and how?

Jes Alexander: Well, we believe we have found the remains of an ancient city on the sea floor in the Western Caribbean. It is important to note that we have yet to be to the site, but what we believe we have found is the remains of an ancient city that was formerly above sea level, and perhaps as much as 4500-8000 years old. This has nothing to do with another site, found almost 10 years ago by a Canadian/Russian team working to map the sea floor near the Yucatan Peninsula. Their site is nearly 2 miles below the sea floor. The site we are working with is much shallower - in between 40 and 70 feet of water. We initially found anomalous objects by mapping a grid and searching the sea floor using simple Google Earth technology. As we zeroed in on the site location, we sought out other satellite imagery and ocean floor maps to arrive at this hypothesis.

Comment: Atlantis was not just a city, it was a huge continent that sunk. I think the general idea is to scoff at ideas of Atlantis because the implications are that either an ancient civilisation created their own demise or forces beyond their control caused catastrophe, either way, controllers don't want ordinary people to consider either scenario. Yet, the fact that a small section is only 40 - 70 ft below water, seems to fit in with the idea that this sunken continent is actually now resurfacing. Surely, it's too close to the surface not to have been noticed before? I hear there are rumours that Lemuria that sank in the Pacific is coming up too... All very exciting!

Mystery of falling tadpoles returns

On Monday morning, a man working in a field in front of his house in Oyama, Tochigi Prefecture, reported that he found about 10 tadpoles, which he suspects fell from the sky.

Since last June, tadpoles falling from the sky have been reported in Ishikawa, Miyagi and Saitama prefectures. While some experts believe the tadpoles are dropped by birds, other lay the blame on tornadoes.

Comment: This is Fortean territory. The question that nobody can answer is: If tadpoles are scooped up by a passing tornado or strong "updraft" and dumped elsewhere, why is there NEVER any sign of associated debris from the original source? Polliwogs!?! LOL!!

Archaeologists Unearth 7,000-Year-Old Swastika in North-western Bulgaria

A pottery fragment with the image of a swastika, dating to 7,000 years ago, and an ancient female adornment with a phallus are among the artefacts shown for the first time as part of the on-going exhibition “Gods, Symbols and Ancient Signs” in the museum in Vratsa in north-western Bulgaria. [...]

The swastika as a symbol dates to the Neolithic period in Ancient India, according to previous archaeological finds. It can also be seen on Roman and Medieval artefacts. Although it was commonly used all over much of the world without stigma and still occurs widely in religions such as Hinduism and Buddhism, the swastika has become stigmatized in the Western world, because of its iconic usage in Nazi Germany.

Comment: It's a sacred symbol for good reason but most are uneducated in the origins and meaning of ancient symbols because this kind of knowledge is retained for high initiates.

Airport plods seize man with electric vibro-pleasure shoes

Bumbling Pakistani security operatives have detained a man at Karachi airport for attempting to board a plane with a pair of electrical vibro-massage shoes. Multiple reports indicate that the passenger, Faiz Mohammad, 30, was about to board a Thai Airways flight to Oman when he was seized following a check of his effects. X-ray operators had been alarmed to note batteries and circuitry built into the soles of his shoes. However it appears that the offending gadgetry was not the firing circuit of a shoe bomb but a massage device: the shoes were reportedly the rechargeable "Good Vibrations" model, intended to deliver tingly foot fun to the wearer as he or she walks about.

Comment: This just made me laugh, but I do wonder what these "good vibrations" actually do to the human energy field... (I don't think the image icon is the real electro-vibro version, but they looked the part...)

Dendera Zodiac: The World's First Horoscope?

Uganda: Students Riot Over Evil Spirits

Jinja — Students of St. Mark Naminya High School in Njeru, Mukono District have engaged police in running battles and destroyed property worth millions of shillings after management kicked out witchdoctors hired to perform rituals at the institution.

Two witch doctors, called in to cleanse the school of demons which are alleged to have been sexually assaulting students, had been hired by some school administrators following consultations with the sub-county leadership. Wakisi Sub-county Vice Chairman Ramathan Kabwiso alleged that female students have been complaining about being 'sexually assaulted' by ghosts since last year. He said numerous prayer sessions by pastors had failed to solve the problem.

Comment: I know most people will think that these African people are just too primitive but they are much more aware of multi-dimensional realties. What's more, since plastic shamanism has become quite popular, it seems that some have learnt how to do 'walk about' in the astral body with their inpure intentions. I have personally heard about molestation from a woman who is quite sensitive and the male perpetrator was someone they had given permission to invade their personal energy field during a so-called "training" course. So beware!

It's raining fish ... no really

WHILE the Top End and Central Australia have been battered by torrential rains, a Territory town has had fish falling from the sky.

The freak phenomena happened not once, but twice, on Thursday and Friday afternoon about 6pm at Lajamanu, about 550km southwest of Katherine. NEWSBREAKER Christine Balmer, who took these photos of the fish on the ground and in a bucket, had to pinch herself when she was told ``hundreds and hundreds" of small white fish had fallen from the sky.

"It rained fish in Lajamanu on Thursday and Friday night," she said, "They fell from the sky everywhere. "Locals were picking them up off the footy oval and on the ground everywhere. "These fish were alive when they hit the ground." [...]

"It's a very unusual event," he said. "With an updraft, (fish and water picked up) could get up high - up to 60,000 or 70,000 feet. "Or possibly from a tornado over a large water body - but we haven't had any reports," he said.

Comment: Yes, the high strangeness is at Fortean levels now... Of course, nothing new, but I would imagine we should be looking at the the frequencey of such events.

Rare self-rolling giant snow balls found in UK

Stabbed man orders coffee

A US man walked into a restaurant with a 5ins knife sticking in his chest and ordered a coffee. The 52-year-old told staff in the diner in Warren, Michigan, that he was waiting for an ambulance. Restaurant employee George Mirdita said: "It was like out of a movie. It kind of freaked us all out here. [...]

Police said the man called 911 saying he had been stabbed - and then walked a mile to the restaurant. He told officers he was stabbed after he refused to hand over money to a mugger. The man was treated and police said he is expected to be fine. They are still looking for his attacker.

Comment: Is this a new phenomenon? Remember the woman who got shot in the head and when the police arrived, she offered them a cup of team! Are people starting to manifest new powers? We will have to see....

Kansas dad somehow lifts car off 6-year-old girl

OTTAWA, Kan. (AP) -- A Kansas mother is praising a neighbor as "Superman" after her 6-year-old daughter told her he somehow found the strength to lift a car off her. The girl escaped with minor injuries after she and neighbor Nick Harris said she was pinned under the vehicle.

"He really is Superman," Kristen Hough, the child's mother, said Friday of Harris, the man she said saved her daughter, Ashlyn. Harris, 32, said he doesn't know how he managed to lift the Mercury sedan off the child. The 5-foot-7, 185-pound Harris said he tried later that day to lift other cars and couldn't.

"But somehow, adrenaline, hand of God, whatever you want to call it, I don't know how I did it," he said. Harris was dropping off his 8-year-old daughter at school last week when he saw a driver backing her car out of a driveway and over the child, Harris said.

Comment: A car fell on top of my father, when the jack slipped and he was working underneath. He says that he was so frightened, that he just literally pushed the car off him. He now states that he was like the Incredible Hulk. I think that in an emergency situation, people 'forget' that what they want to do is something impossible and do it anyway. Somehow, the fear of not being able to do something somehow does not have time to come into play. There are many examples of similar feats and it has been the subject of scientific study.

Leonardo DaVinci The Voynich Manuscript

Wilfred M. Voynich purchased the Voynich Manuscript from a Jesuit Monastery in Northern Italy in 1912. It is currently in the Beinecke Rare Book Library of Yale University.

This Manuscript was made from soft light brown vellum and is considered to be approximately 500 years old. It consists of about 200 pages made up of drawings of plants, astronomical and astrological pictures and biological drawings that appear related to the human reproductive process.

The text is in a cipher that has puzzled scholars and cryptographers for nearly a century. Although I have not been able to decipher more than a few words of this strange document, I think that the following observation relating to its authorship may aid others in reading it.

Comment: According to Slashdot: "The Voynich Manuscript has confounded attempts to decode it for nearly 100 years. A person named Edith Sherwood, who has previously suggested a possible link to DaVinci, has a new idea: perhaps the text is simply anagrams of Italian words. There are three pages of examples from the herb section of the book, showing the original text, the plaintext Italian words, and the English equivalents. Has someone cracked the code?"

Scientist: Angels can't fly

LONDON, Dec. 22 (UPI) -- A London scientist has authored a paper arguing angels as classically depicted, mostly-human forms with wings, would be unable to fly.

Professor Roger Wotton of University College London wrote in his paper, which was published by the school's Opticon magazine, that human-appearing angels with feathered bird-like wings would not be able to use the wings for flight, The Daily Telegraph reported Tuesday.

"Even a cursory examination of the evidence in representational arts shows that angels and cherubs cannot take off and cannot use powered flight," Wotton wrote. "And even if they used gliding flight, they would need to be exposed to very high wind velocities at take off -- such high winds that they would be blown away and have no need for wings."

Wotton's paper also took aim at fantasy depictions of fairies with the wings of butterflies. "The distortion of the thorax needed for flight in fairies with butterfly wings would be exceedingly uncomfortable," the paper read. "For sure, fairies don't fly."

Comment: Now, believe it or not this covers an extremely controversial area of physics and it is related to magnetism and the possibility of the existence of matterless mass. If you go down the route of "accepted" physics, then you will be stuck up blind alley with nowhere to go. However, if you veer off the straight and narrow then there are people who have spent their lives studying magnetism and have worked this out. Now, in terms of the reality of angels and fairies etc, simply think of plasma entities in their little balls of light and you have nailed it! It's also worth considering that fairies were traditionally huge things that were downgraded by the Catholic Church, they are in a quandary now because the dimensional shift means that people are seeing "fairies" big and small. What's more, if you are new to this website, you may have not seen this angel photo, interesting isn't it?

'Holy cow' born with cross on forehead

A calf has stunned his owners after being born with a white marking on his forehead in the shape of a cross. Moses, a Jersey Holstein calf mix

Moses, who has been hailed as a "holy cow", was born last week at a dairy farm in Sterling, Connecticut, a small rustic town on the Rhode Island border. The mostly brown calf is half Jersey, half Holstein. Local children gave him his Biblical name. His owner, Brad Davis, told WFSB-TV he thought the marking may be a message from above, though he is still trying to worl out what that message might be.

Comment: LOL!! At the moment there are all sorts of strange "signs", but this one made me laugh.

Japanese FeeJee Mermaids - Part I

Getting to the root of the matter

Baffled scientists are trying to get to the root of this astonishing plant dug out of the ground by a Chinese farmer. The two foot tall root weighs in at a massive 12 lbs and bears an amazing resemblance to a boy in even the smallest detail.

The root comes from the Chinese knotweed plant, used by local healers as a natural laxative. Farmer Zheng Dexun, 63, of Datianba, in southern China, said: "I was shocked that it was so large and is so clearly like a boy. "It's bigger than my grandson. Scientists are looking at it now and will tell me how it came to be like this."

Comment: LOL! Well, this story is from China, where there seems to be no end to the bizarreness that is occuring there!

Experts cannot explain paranormal events in Czech house

"The inhabitants of a family house in Strasice, west Bohemia, have been for weeks disturbed by paranormal events, such as frequent small fires and cracked window panes, that experts have not been able to explain so far, the daily Lidove noviny (LN) reports Monday.

Experts in psychotronics call such unexplainable occurrences "poltergeist," a ghost that manifests itself by moving and influencing objects in a particular location. The Mracek family, living in the house, say they have to extinguish several small fires, up to 60 a day, of plastic bags, pictures as well as sockets though they have been disconnected from electricity supply. Moreover, window panes, electric bulbs and thermometers are cracking in the house and once water in the aquarium started boiling all of a sudden, LN writes. [...]

A geophysicist took measurements in the house and its surroundings on Sunday with the aim to detect some types of radiation that might provoke the paranormal events. However, he did not reveal their cause, LN writes. [...] "We do not want to fall for occultism. We will try to explain it in a scientific way. However it is hard as these phenomena are really unexplainable," Hahner told the paper.

Comment: The problem is that our science does not generally recognise that there are many aetheric forces that can influence the more usual forces of nature. Here, we have a mystery, that some would prefer to blame on occult forces, but this probably creates the wrong impression of what is going on. I have been reading about the work of the brilliant industrialist Baron Karl von Reichenbach (1788 - 1869) and his painstaking research over 40 years that sought to being a scientific understanding of the interaction of world permeating light with many different characteristics noted by various mystical traditions. Reichenbach laid the foundation for all the other researchers including Tesla, but he had studied the works of Johann Wolfgang von Goethe(1749 - 1832) who described the world as a "process" whose transformations relied upon a mysterious world-force. It seems strange to me that centuries later, authorities are still mystified. Please note: fire is a plasma but plasma is not fire. Plasma is called the fundamental state of matter but that is probably far too simplistic as scientists keep telling us they are discovering more and more new states of matter.

Thousands await Knock's new Virgin Mary vision

"They came from Wexford, Manchester and even India, driven on by the hope that in this rain-soaked corner of western Ireland the mother of God would appear to them this weekend. All along Knock's main street the pilgrims slept in vans and motor homes, all hoping to book a space near the site where a Dublin-based spiritual healer predicted the Virgin Mary would materialise. Joe Coleman's visions of a Marian apparition on the exact spot where villagers claimed they saw the Virgin Mary in 1879 have created a fervour across the Catholic world.

Coleman complained that the Catholic church had not made a priest available to recite the Rosary with him and the thousands gathered in waiting. Describing himself as "a visionary of our Blessed Mother", he said the visitation would only be visible "to people who come with an open heart".

With up to 10,000 pilgrims descending on the village, Coleman's promise that Christ's mother would appear through a "dancing sun" in the sky has at least given Knock's economy an unexpected boost."

Comment: Well, Virgin Mary apparitions are a true mystery. The one thing that I will note, is the insistence that she would appear through a "dancing sun", I think that this is a reference to a similar arrival to the 1916 Fatima apparitions. What is of great interest here, is that in the book Earth Under Fire by astrophysicist Dr Paul LaViolette, he believes that The Fatima Prophecy is a warning of an extreme Space Weather event based on a re-channelled version of this message, after the Catholic hierarchy refused to release the complete details of the original messages.

Well, I will say now that things have changed since the 1916 warnings and the Earth's electromagnetic grid has been fixed up, so if anything is coming, I don't think that we will get complete devastation, we will not end up with "a burnt out world". Yet, in the light of what we know is going on in our solar system right now, the re-channelled version is still very interesting.... Anyway, it would be great to get some decent up to date info from Knock!

Medical Mystery: Boy's Skin Branded with Religious Passages

"LONDON -- Doctors in the United Kingdom are baffled by what they have found on a 9-month-old's skin.

The Sun reports passages from the Koran were written all over the baby's body. The word "Allah" appeared on the boy's chin soon after he was born. Since then, his parents say scores of Arabic writings have emerged. The Sun reports these passages show up on the baby's back, arms, legs and stomach. His family claims the old markings vanish before the new words arrive and this happens twice a week. The parents tell The Sun,

"It's impossible to hold him when it's happening, his body is actively moving, so we put him into his cradle. It's so hard to watch him suffering." His mother, Madina, said that she and her husband were not religious until the words started appearing on his skin. Doctors say although they cannot explain his mysterious condition, they deny that the marks are from someone writing on the child's skin."

Comment: Hmmm... Well, this is the time of signs and wonders. What is odd, is that this has occured on a baby and not on a religious adult. Well, I have been saying for a long time that things will get weird but I was thinking along the lines of electromagnetic chaos, this is more along the lines of the paranormal.

Grotto statue took on human form and wept, say witnesses

"VISITORS to a remote grotto have claimed a statue wept and crosses appeared and disappeared in the night sky this week.

A group of 14 people, who had gathered at the statue of the Virgin Mary, in a rocky outcrop near the town of Dungloe, Co Donegal, on Tuesday night, were transfixed as they watched the phenomenon, which they said lasted almost an hour.

"It was a crazy evening. It was absolutely amazing. I am still on an emotional high. All but one person seemed to see the same thing," recalled James Boyle, from Ardara, who was at the site with his wife Margaret and children, Martin (10) and Mary (11). The Kerrytown shrine is visited by thousands of pilgrims annually, after first becoming the subject of a religious apparition 70 years ago."

Comment: Christians believe that in the 'End Times' there will be 'signs and wonders', I think this qualifies....Well, the Catholic Church are trying to stop people reporting Virgin Mary aparitions, so this incident will be greeted with total dismay.

Comment: There is no article here and it was given a Digg on 24th March 2008. It is just five images with some accompanying text. Please note that these "sea monsters" have been seen in Guinea before and reminds me of creatures described in Trevor James Constables books and that referenced in the book by Ivan Sanderson [1962] Uninvited Visitors. What is odd is that there have been many reports of strange creatures being washed up, but nobody seems interested in identifying these creatures. The following extract is taken from the MUFON website entitled Researching the UFO Phenomena Using Multidisciplines and it is well worth reading the whole section. We find that:

"Constable relates a story from Australia investigated initially in 1962 by biologist Ivan Sanderson. Sanderson traveled the world looking for evidence for visitation from space. He relates an instance in his book Uninvited Visitors of an enormous object described as similar to Wood's that had washed ashore in southwestern Tasmania. Accompanied by a government zoologist he intended to get samples of the objects flesh. They were unable to do so because they could not even cut the thing with an ax and there were no signs of decay. Following their attempt the Australian government placed the location off limits to everyone. Noted in the account is that others had the same problem with the object. There are numerous other similar reports to this one in this region of Australia but secrecy has surrounded these occurrences since."

Goat gives birth to a 'human'; a faun

THE community of Lower Gweru and its surroundings in the Midlands Province was left shell-shocked when a goat gave birth to human-like creature that had the combined features of a man and a goat. A report in The Chronicle newspaper said the goat gave birth to the 'creature' on Sunday morning in Maboleni area. The creature had a human head, face, nose, shoulders and human-like skin that had very scanty furs. It had goat features from the “shoulders” to the legs." [...]

The owner of the goat who gave his name as Mr Nyoni said the incident left him shocked and he decided to contact the police and the local leadership. “It’s the first time that my goat did this. I have 15 goats and it’s this goat that gave me birth to most of them. My goats often give birth to sets of twins,” he said

Comment: This story has been circulating the internet since the beginning of the month. Well, there has been the obvious accusations, but since we are at a time of evolutionary change which is being generated by EM environmental chaos, maybe this story should be examined. Since, there is associated mythology of the faun – part human and part goat, this could represent the messenging in DNA, accessing some old template in what our scientists use to call the junk DNA. Many writers over the last few decades have speculated that the evolution of humans has too many glaring inconsistencies with evolutionary theory to ignore the idea that human development has not 'benefited' from 'outside' interference. The abundant mythology of creatures with part human characteristics seems to suggest that experimentation was extensive, yet, there are also the 'gods' of Egypt that were depicted with animal heads. Maybe the governor is right and monitoring the cause of these kind of cases may be too difficult without rigorous scientitific scrutiny.

Shiloh Pepin: The Mermaid Girl

Born with a rare birth defect called sirenomelia, also known as mermaid syndrome, she is one of less than a handful of children known in the world known to be living with this usually fatal disorder.

“Sirenomelia is a congenital birth defect in which infants are born with a single lower extremity or with their legs fused together, giving the appearance of a mermaid,” says Warren G. Sanger, Ph.D., FACMG, Professor of Pediatrics and Pathology, and Director of the Human Genetics Laboratory and Clinical Genetics, at the Munroe-Meyer Institute. There also are severe abnormalities of the bladder and kidney.

Comment: The video here is quite interesting, especially if you have never seen a 'real' mermaid before! Well, there is a strong link with mythology and therefore we have to wonder about whether rare sightings are interdimendsional, especially after the recent story of a mermaid drawing crowds in Israel. It is interesting to note the statistic that 1 in 60,000 births has this syndrome and the question has to be asked: is this really just a birth defect, or a template hidden within our junk DNA that occasionally manifests?

New Irish Lake Monster Video

"On Thursday, September 17, 2009, individuals associated with the Centre for Fortean Zoology, including Jon and Corinna Downes, Tony “Doc” Shiels, and allegedly holding the camera, 19-year-old Max Blake, were above Lady’s View in County Kerry, Eire, viewing and filming the water below. The spot they were at overlooks the three lakes of Killarney. On the upper lake, they report obtaining some images of anomalous objects that appear to be animate."

Comment: What amazes me is that there seems to be quite a few folk out monster watching! This is not the original commentary on this video [08:42] because we are told it was full of swearing as these monster watchers were in utter amazement at what they were seeing, hence the commentary was re-done by Jon Downes, who reminds me of an old fashion BBC reporter. I can't say I was that impressed, but the point was made that the party was up high above the lake, a quarter of a mile away to get a good perspective. The presence of Tony “Doc” Shiels is mentioned on the video and in this article at Cryptomundo, who seems to have created quite a reputation in his past, so this may effect the credibility of the report and there seems to be a hint that his presence may have caused this manifestation. Whatever you think, there are many websites that are monitoring paranormal activity and realise that the 'veil is lifting', but it's not so obvious what the pandora's box of entities that will manifest in our reality will look like. Curiously, I think we have have had many glimpses in the past and so we do have sightings that stretch back into older times. Metal detector enthusiast unearths huge hoard of Anglo-Saxon gold

"The largest hoard of Anglo-Saxon gold ever found has been unearthed on farmland in Staffordshire by a metal detector enthusiast, archaeologists revealed today.

Terry Herbert, 55, from Burntwood, came across the huge treasure estimated to be worth more than £1 million as he searched a field near his home. The exact location of the discovery has not been disclosed but it is understood to be near the Lichfield border in South Staffordshire, in what was once the independent Anglo-Saxon kingdom of Mercia. Experts said that the collection of more than 1,500 military artefacts, including helmet, sword pommel and sword hilt ornaments possibly looted on the field of battle 1,400 years by a victorious warlord, may have belonged to Saxon royalty. The hoard contains around 5kg of gold and 2.5kg of silver, far bigger than previous finds such as the Snettisham hoards. Some of it was lying in the open on top of the ploughed field." [...]

Comment: Its the discussion that one major discovery of treasure will change keep academics busy debating for 20 years that I find quite amazing. Leslie Webster, former Keeper of Prehistory and Europe at the British Museum describes this discovery as: "it will make historians and literary scholars review what their sources tell us, and archaeologists and art-historians rethink the chronology of metalwork and manuscripts; and it will make us all think again about rising (and failing) kingdoms and the expression of regional identities in this period, the complicated transition from paganism to Christianity, the conduct of battle and the nature of fine metalwork production - to name only a few of the many huge issues it raises." THE change of a single word in the mantra of Terry Herbert brought him a treasure that has been described as the equivalent of Tutankhamen's tomb. When going out with his metal detector the unemployed 55-year-old usually says:

"Spirits of yesteryear take me where the coins appear." On that fortunate day in July when he uncovered what was to become the largest hoard of Anglo-Saxon treasure ever discovered he changed the word "coins" to "gold". "I don't know why I said it that day, but I think somebody was listening and directed me to it," he said yesterday.

This will make your eyes water: Indonesian woman gives birth to 19.2lb baby boy

"Dwarfing the infant next to him, his mouth open in an angry roar, this is the heaviest newborn ever recorded in Indonesia. An Indonesian woman named only as Ani gave birth to the 19.2lb baby boy in Medan, North Sumatra yesterday. She named him Muhammad Akbar Risuddin after the local district chief. 'Akbar' means 'big' in Indonesian.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, he was delivered by Caesarean section. Britain's heaviest newborn was delivered in Cumbria in 1992 weighing 15lb 8oz. The heaviest baby ever born was produced by Anna Bates of Canada in 1879, according to the Guinness Book of World Records. It weighed 23.12lb and died 11 hours after birth. The record for a baby which survived, according to the Guinness record keepers, is held by a boy born weighing 22lb 8oz at Aversa, Italy in 1955."

Mythical beast is ‘spotted’ in Windermere [UK]

"TALES of a mythical creature rumoured to be lurking in the depths of South Lakeland waters have been causing a stir. The so-called “Bownessie” is fast becoming part of modern Lake District folklore, as reported sightings of the fabled creature continue to be made.

Footage that some people believe appears to show the creature causing ripples in the surface of Windermere was shot by Lakes TV cameraman John McKeown on Saturday. It has since appeared on Sky News on Sunday evening and American TV network giant CBS is also interested in the story. People in Windermere are not convinced Bownessie actually exists."

New tree man: coral man has 'shells' cut from his body

A man dubbed the human coral reef has been successfully treated for a rare condition that covered his whole body in shell-like growths.

Lin Tianzhuan, 38, of Shuimen, southern China, first noticed the growths on his hands and feet when he was just 13. "It started with a few hard bumps so I tried to apply antibiotics and creams but it didn't get better," he explained. [...]

But now Lin is recovering from his bizarre condition thanks to medics from a special skin clinic who have begun a study on his case. Fuzhou Dermatosis Prevention Hospital vice president Dr Liu Yinghong said: "His hands, forearms, feet and calf were covered with these dark brown hard shells, looking like dry branches. The seriousness and long-lasting nature of the disease shocked us."

Now after a year of treatment and surgery, Lin is making a full recovery with just a few discoloured skin patches to show for his horrific condition. "He may need radiotherapy for quite some time still but he has made very good progress," said Dr Yinghong.

Comment: I did not feature stories about the "tree man" of Indonesia, because I understood that case to be a rare and did not necessarily correlate to environmental chaos or evolutionary change, but this 'Coral Man' man is from China, where there is a strong background of bizarre DNA mutations and medical conditions, that have to be noted.

Freemasons: Fact vs. Fiction

Now best-selling novelist Dan Brown has taken aim at the group's cultlike reputation in his latest book, The Lost Symbol — a fact that comes as no surprise to author Jay Kinney. In his own new book, The Masonic Myth, Kinney attempts to dispel some of the persistent rumors about the group by explaining how he became a Freemason himself.

Comment: Obviously, there are desperate attempts to put Freemasonry in a good light and to stop people thinking this is a sinister organisation. Well, I see it both ways. Original Freemasonry probably did have quite a lot of merit, but it is clear that it is the vestiges of a very ancient religion, which may even have had it's roots in Atlantis. We know this because there is identical symbology and paraphernalia, which can be linked to esoteric Mayan spirtuality and the Maya themselves state they came from Atlantis. Quite frankly, the meaning of this ancient symbolism and knowledge may be known only to select few. However, those secrets are becoming understood, as they are vital for those interested in their spiritual evolution. The negative side is that Freemasonry can be viewed as an old boys network, where many do admit that they are only interested in networking and then there are those, whose only interests is control. Therefore, many would view this organisation as being similar to any other religious establishment, but with the caveat that at the highest levels, serious power is being wielded by unknown masters.

New 'Montauk Monster' spotted in Panama
A mystery creature reportedly beaten to death by a group of teenagers in Panama is the subject of much speculation on the web.

"The beast's hairless, rubbery body and revolting features have drawn comparisons with the Montauk Monster, the still-unidentified animal photographed on a New York beach last year. According to reports in Panama, the teenagers spotted the creature crawling out of a cave while playing in the town of Cerro Azul north of Panama City.

Fearing for the safety as it moved towards them, the youths claim they attacked the beast with sticks before throwing its lifeless body into a pool of water. They returned later to take pictures of the corpse which were then posted on the website of the Central American country's Telemetro television station.

Tut, the kids these days, instead of going to the authorities and making it easy to cover up this sighting, they decide to post photos on the internet instead for public consumption... Comment: Well I am still reading The Book of the Damned [1919] by Charles' Hoy Fort and I now understand why people claimed that it is one of the greatest books ever written. However, if you don't want to know about just how mysterious our world really is, then don't bother. However, if you want an historical perspective that does discuss 'fiery balloons' and many other strange oddities that suggest our world is often impinged upon by other worlds, then be prepared for some mind expansion.

Charles Fort's Book of the Damned (1919), New Lands (1923), and Lo! (1931) record many reports of strange "rains" with all sorts of interesting ingredients, including alabaster, ants, ashes, beef, beetle larvae, berries, bitumen, blood, butter, charcoal, china fragments (naturally vitrified?), cinders, coal, cobwebs, coins, crabs, crayfish, eels, fish, flesh, gelatinous matter, grain, hay, ice, iron balls, jelly fish, limestone, lizards, mud, mussels, oyster shells, periwinkles, quartz, resin, salt, sand, sandalwood, seeds, silk, snails, snakes, spawn, spiders, carved and shaped stones, turtles, and of course, toads and frogs. Comment: I would imagine it would be extremely difficult to 'fix' this birth, but obviously, this baby decided he was going to make a grand entrance into the world!

Comment: Since I have quite a few reservations about the merits of the Gregorian calendar, I don't get all excited about these kind of calendrical anomalies, but they seem to be popular in the New Age movement. Comment: Well, the person who is being interviewed, Drago Plecko, MSc., Parapsychologist and scientist from Croatia, has written a book about a man called Braco who is a Croatian and lives an ordinary life, but has drawn attention to himself because he heals people by staring into their eyes and does not charge any money. Quite frankly, I'm impressed that he has not intentionally turned himself into a guru and does not try to force people into a spiritual 'rut'. Please note the interviewer and the person who has written this book discuss a realistic perspective on western spirituality. However, there is a lot of discussion about somebody called Ivica ~~and I have no idea who they are talking about and I don't have time to find out~~ (see below). Whatever, Braco is a phenomenon and quite refreshing, as I am sure this person will not be professing enlightenment, but seicretly dancing with the devil, like some opportunists operating in the New Age community. Police baffled as dozens of 'suicidal' cows throw themselves off cliff in the Alps

In the picturesque Swiss village of Lauterbrunnen, the locals are worried. Dozens of alpine cows appear to be committing suicide by throwing themselves off a cliff near the small village in the Alps.

In the space of just three days, 28 cows and bulls have mysteriously died after they plunged hundreds of metres to rocks below where they were killed instantly. In each case, local mountain rescue services using a helicopter had to be called in to remove the bodies because of the danger to the local groundwater of pollution. A police spokesman said: 'There are no large carnivores living in the Alps anymore who would once have disposed of the bodies so they have to be moved. We are investigating because cows growing up in the mountains normally can estimate dangers and do not plunge down cliffs.' According to local reports, there had been violent thunderstorms in the area which may well have spooked the animals.

Comment: Maybe the locals are right and the cows have become disorientated. It is now established that usually when cattle are grazing or resting, they use the Earth's magnetic field to align themselves either pointing north or south, so any disruption to the local magnetic field will effect them. It will be interesting to see if problems with the Earth's magnetic field can be traced in other ways. One marker is pigeon 'smashes' where pigeons failed to arrive at their destination due to not being able to orientate themselves and so race organisers now monitor Space Weather. Well, this will be taken seriously in Switzerland the same way that EM interference from electricity pylons was found to be the issue when cow milk production dropped.

Dutch museum's moon rock a fake

Rijksmuseum spokeswoman Xandra van Gelder, who oversaw the investigation that proved the piece was a fake, said the museum will keep it anyway as a curiosity.

“It’s a good story, with some questions that are still unanswered,” she said. “We can laugh about it.” The museum acquired the rock after the death of former prime minister Willem Dreesman in 1988. Dreesman received it as a private gift on Oct. 9, 1969 from then-U.S. ambassador J. William Middendorf during a visit by the three Apollo 11 astronauts, part of their “Giant Leap” goodwill tour after the first moon landing."

Comment: Whoops! I am not sure it is fair to jump to the obvious conclusion and maybe it was 'swapped' at some stage. It's really hard to see that NASA astronauts would knowingly try to pass of petrified wood as being something from the moon. I mean, it would have been better to at least provide a genuine meteorite that could have been found on the moon as similar samples are hitting our planet every single day,

Comment: Well, this is going to be fun as the dimensional shift continues! Well, if Nessy is an interdimensional being, then we can expect many more sightings in the future. Of course, Nessy is only one entity in an ocean of multi-dimensional creatures that are becoming visible. We are still in 2009 and the dimensional shift is still accelerating, so one can still only speculate about how interesting our reality will get and how the unprepared general public will react. Please note, according to James Trevor Constable, interdimentionsl creatures have been seen in our dimension when they have dropped their vibration for whatever reason, but he also noted that even in 1976, after more than two decades of research, that it was getting easier and easier to see these creatures and so one must surmise that the dimensional shift has been taking place very slowly for more than fifty years and coincides with other markers that are related to galactic influences.

Comment: I think Mrs Doyle from the comedy hit Father Ted just about sums up this backward step.

UFO mysteries: Bizarre 'giant creature' spotted on the Moon

Comment: Bizarro world! Well, the dimensional shift applies to the whole of our solar system and the strange image captured on Google Moon appears to be telling us that the moon is also inhabited by interdimensional beings. Well, we have already been warned by crop circles and metaphysical sources to expect that our reality to get bizarre from our perspective, see Crop Circle archives, so this means that predictions made in 1999 in print, by a metaphysical source respected worldwide, are now in play. Mankind has changed it's destiny and most old predictions are no longer valid, so we can only monitor what is happening to see which predictions are coming true. Thus, it seems the dimensional shift will eventually force an "official" acknowledgement that other lifeforms exist. Near Boston a museum exhibition decodes cryptic symbols like compasses and columns embossed on metal badges and embroidered onto aprons. That the public is now being enthusiastically shown these previously hidden-away items indicates that Freemasons in America are trying to shed their reclusive, somewhat fusty image. Tour guides at the groups’ lavishly ornamented lodges, mostly built around 1900, are explaining ceremonial rituals in newly restored rooms with murals of ancient builders polishing stones and vitrines full of gold pendants and domed velvet hats.

“We’re trying to help more people hear our story accurately,” said H. Robert Huke, the communications and development director at the Grand Lodge of Masons of Massachusetts, an 1899 state headquarters in downtown Boston covered in sunburst mosaics. When curiosity seekers get to visit Masonic rooms, he added, “they’re less inclined to think we’re trying to control the world and run the banks.”

Comment: As far as I am concerned, Freemasonry was intended to preserve an ancient religion that might even pre-date ancient Egypt. Despite the fact only a few really understand the meaning of certain sacred symbols and rites, what is still preserved could still be useful in helping us decode how initiates in the past spiritually evolved. There is a clear link between Freemasonry and Mayan mysticism and today, it is possible to find rare Mayan scultures of priests meditating in a yoga position and wearing aprons..... Please note, the Freemasonry square and compass makes a diamond and the sacred G is especially revered in Mayan culture. As I continue to research and integrate science and metaphysics, there is no doubt that mystics and initiates in the past retained ancient knowledge and encoded information in art, literature and monuments so that it would not be lost. Freemasons opening up their lodges is a sign that at an intuitive level, they realise that we are entering a new phase of spiritual renaissance and spiritual secrets should no longer be hidden.

Mermaid Sightings Claimed in Israel

"Locals and tourists in the Israeli town of Kiryat Yam have been flocking to the coast in hopes of glimpsing a creature that most people believe only exist in fairy tales. An alleged mermaid, said to resemble a cross between a fish and a young girl, only appears at sunset.

It performs a few tricks for onlookers before disappearing for the night. One of the first people to see the mermaid, Shlomo Cohen, said, "I was with friends when suddenly we saw a woman laying on the sand in a weird way. At first I thought she was just another sunbather, but when we approached she jumped into the water and disappeared. We were all in shock because we saw she had a tail." The sightings apparently began several months ago."

Comment: This is also being reported in the Israel National News, see "Mermaid" Spotted on Kiryat Yam Beach. I like the comment here, "There's just something fishy about this whole thing!" LOL! Well, the prophecies of the veil lifting are proving to be accurate as our local spacetime continues to morph and what has been generally "hidden" is now becoming commonplace. Yet, it seems that nobody dared to speculate about what Joe Average will discover in terms of interdimensional life, so warnings that our reality will become quite bizzare, don't seem to have been taken very seriously, but it's happening anyway. Who knows, the mermaid could be a thoughtform, it would be interesting if someone manages to capture an image....

The camera was a normal Canon SX110IS and the photo had not undergone any post-processing. Based on an analysis of the photos, the clouds were low in the sky at about 1300 meters and were broken cumulus clouds, this observation agrees with that recorded by the Weather Bureau, therefore if the weather was sunny, with high visibility, the photographs would be clearer. Gang Hao said that two-thirds of the photos were trees and mountains, and the remaining third was the sky, the trees in the photos the central junction of smoke and the sky a UFO, submitted under the small cone large column, looks like stone.[The last part of the sentence is gibberish.]

Comment: Well, this story goes on to tell us that a Chinese skeptic thought this was a Chinese lantern made to look like a rock, which just goes to show that the belief that anything strange in the sky can be dismissed as a lantern is pervasive! Personally, I think it's a rock that is levitating, maybe due to a 'gravity' anomaly but who knows.....

Bat-killing disease remains a mystery

The Nature Conservancy cave expert is taking part in a multiagency effort to monitor and protect bats from a scourge known as "white-nose syndrome." The mystery illness has been responsible for widespread deaths in hibernating bat colonies in the Northeast and has now moved south. "This winter if we get it, bats will be coming out and dying in large numbers," Holliday said. [...]

"Their benefit to us is unseen, but it's so real. We think mosquito populations are bad now. We ain't seen nothing until we lose all these bats," said Gina Hancock, of the Nature Conservancy in Nashville. In Tennessee, a single cave can hold 100,000 bats, according to Holliday. Comment: We live in a finely balanced eco-system and even though most people are not interested in bats, they would become very interested if mosquitoes make life unbearable.

"It's not oil: No one in the area can recall seeing anything like it before. Something big and strange is floating through the Chukchi Sea between Wainwright and Barrow. Hunters from Wainwright first started noticing the stuff sometime probably early last week. It's thick and dark and "gooey" and is drifting for miles in the cold Arctic waters, according to Gordon Brower with the North Slope Borough's Planning and Community Services Department.

Brower and other borough officials, joined by the U.S. Coast Guard, flew out to Wainwright to investigate. The agencies found "globs" of the stuff floating miles offshore Friday and collected samples for testing. [...] It's certainly biological," Hasenauer said. "It's definitely not an oil product of any kind. It has no characteristics of an oil, or a hazardous substance, for that matter.

Ancient Chinese Medical Book Discovered

"An ancient medical book on acupoint treatment was recently uncovered in China. The book, written 2,000 years ago by the miraculous healer Hua Tuo, has been passed down in the Hua family, according to Hua Tuo’s 62nd generation descendent Hua Quanbing.

Recorded in the book are acupuncture points therapies and other medical remedies for bone and joint injuries and diseases. The remedies are based on the traditional theories of yin-yang and five elements, reflecting the traditional Chinese concepts that emphasize the unification and harmony between mind and body."

Comment: Well, Hua Quanbing can be commended for recognising the true value was in using the information to help people, rather than taking the money.... I note he is a graduate from Yale University and he obviously has high spiritual intelligence, enough said....

Sky rains tadpoles in Japan

copy: "Residents and scientists in Japan have been baffled after it started raining tadpoles. Clouds of dead tadpoles appear to have fallen from the sky in a number of cities in Ishikawa Prefecture since the start of the month, reports the Daily Telegraph.

In one incident, a 55-year-old man who was caught in a tadpole downpour described hearing a strange sound in the city of Nanao. Upon further exploration, he found more than 100 dead tadpoles covering the windscreens of cars in a civic centre car park. Dead tadpole downpours were also reported by local officials 48 hours later in the city of Hakusan.

The raining down of small creatures such as frogs and fish is a rare meteorological phenomenon that is reported from time to time across the world.

Scientists have widely attributed the surreal raining of animals to strong winds, storms and water sprouts sucking up creatures before depositing them further inland. However, this explanation has not satisfied meteorologists in the Ishikawa region. Officials at Kanazawa Local Meteorological Observatory told local media that they were unsure how the tadpoles had arrived as there had been no reports of strong winds."

Comment: The official explanation of water spouts and strong winds is acceptable but when there are no reports of strong winds then there is a case for more 'exotic' hyperdimensional explanations.

Colour changing frog worshipped as god in India

Reji Kumar, 35, a lift worker, said he is doing its best but the frog has lost its appetite. "My one problem is that this frog does not appear to eat. I keep trying to feed it but it doesn't eat anything. I don't know what else to give it," he said. He said the frog was white when he first spotted it but it soon changed to yellow and then grey by the time he got it home.

"By night the frog was dark yellow, and then it became transparent so you could see its internal organs," he said. "It seemed like a miracle to me that this frog had so many different coats. So now people come to see him and pray to him." Professor Oommen V. Oommen from India's Kerala University, said animals changing colour was not unusual in itself. "Frogs do change colour to scare away predators," he told the Sun newspaper. "But from what I have heard, the frog at Kumar's place changes colour so frequently it is a bit unusual. I will collect it for study."

On Sunday, a swarm of bees invaded an art gallery in an old pigeon loft in Moulidars, near the town of Cognac in the Charente region. The gallery was full of tourists, who described scenes of sheer terror when the bees attacked.

Beekeepers know that individual swarms not only have their own group ' personalities' - some are more aggressive than others, for example - but also that they can behave differently depending on the weather. Hot and humid conditions often make bees bad tempered, while mild and sunny weather tends to encourage calm behaviour." [...] It is also possible that the bees were simply under the weather.

Comment: Bees under the weather! It would seem that the reference to the weather is a link to the electromagnetic conditions that control weather. It is a scientific fact that humans suffer biological effects due to very low (radio) frequency (VLF)-atmospherics or VLF-sferics which occur when lightning generates a variety of signals in the (VLF) range (1-100 kHz). Comment: There seems to be enough evidence to suggest that a vortex of electromagnetic energy could have the same effect too, as it seems that humans are not completely privy to how Earth is managed by universal forces. Since scientists admit they still do not understand magnetism and light, we have to venture into areas of scientific research that is not widely accepted or 'sanctioned'. When we do this, it seems there are ways of understanding the ultimate nature of our reality in terms of the magnetic field with another time variant that is not time. From this basic postulate, it seems that there is foundation for a scientific understanding of the orb phenomena, magnetic "plasma entities", "vacuum domains" and a host of other names given to "beings of light" that sometimes can be seen with the eye or by digital technology which lately have become more visible. A photograph seems to have captured a hazy image of a man sitting on a chair in the attic of the Edward Jenner Museum in Berkeley, Gloucestershire. The picture was taken by BBC photographer Chris Sandys, who said: "I don't believe in ghosts myself, but this is strange."

Comment: Another distinguished ghost, caught in the act of haunting. Note there are other links here of other ghost sightings which will of course become extremely common as the veil lifts and the odd remnants of 'stuck' energy that need cleaning up are revealed.

Comment: OK, this Norwegian man is encouraging people to think about their balance which is very important as the world faces electromagnetic chaos and with some of the feats demonstrated here, he certainly knows how to get the world's attention... I lived in Norway for 8 years so I can tell you with due respect, these people are tough. Many older people will tell you that downhill skiing is not proper skiing, as it's too easy. So many don't think they have done a proper workout unless they face the challenge of skiing cross country and that means going uphill as well as down, it does not mean skiing on the flat.... I have many tales to tell but no time now.

Police list Jedi as religion after finding force within

A Strathclyde Police spokeswoman said: "At the time of the request, 10 (eight police officers and two police staff) had recorded their religion as Jedi."

The force said the information was provided voluntarily and securely stored. In the 2001 Census for England and Wales around 390,000 people stated Jedi was their religion.

Prior to the census, an e-mail was circulated stating that if 10,000 people put Jedi on the census form, it would become a "fully recognised and legal religion". But the Office for National Statistics did not recognise it as a separate category, and incorporated them with the atheists."

Full article: "A five-centimeter fir tree has been found in the lung of a man who complained he had a strong pain in his chest and was coughing blood. The 28-year-old patient, Artyom Sidorkin, came to a hospital in the city of Izhevsk in Central Russia last week, Komsomolskaya Pravda daily reports.

Doctors x-rayed his chest and found a tumor in one of the lungs. Suspecting cancer, they made a decision to perform biopsy, but when they cut the tissue, they were amazed to see green needles in the cut. "I blinked three times, and thought I was seeing things. Then I called the assistant to have a look," says Vladimir Kamashev, doctor at the Udmurtian Cancer Center. The five-centimeter branch was removed from the patient’s body.

"They told me my coughing blood was not caused by any disease," Sidorkin says. "It was the needles poking the capillaries. It really hurt a lot. But I never felt like I had an alien object inside of me." It is obvious that a five-centimeter branch is too large to be inhaled or swallowed, doctors say. They suggest that the patient might have inhaled a small bud, which then started to grow inside his body. Meanwhile, the piece of lung with the little fir tree has been preserved for further study."

Comment: Truly bizarre... I know what I think happened but first I want to see how often this phenomena occurs before I comment.

Comment: Since I was sent to Sunday school at age 5, my early opinions were formulated by Christianity..... However, my opinion on witches changed dramatically when I watched a UK morning chat-show when I discovered there were 'white' witches and 'black' witches. The UK Queen of the 'White' Witches was asked about a 'black' witch and her reply was incredible. She stated, 'he is full of the rubbish of the Universe'. Quite frankly, this guy was 'crawling' with some very nasty energies and the Queen's energy was like a 'fairy godmother' as depicted in children's fairy tales. I was absolutely astounded. These days, I am more concerned about the 'wolves in sheep's clothing' and the 'control freaks' in religious and New Age circles, because I think they are more dangerous.

Comment: I suppose it's not surprising that there are more and more 'ghost' stories getting into the media as the 'veil is lifting' and all and sundry are starting to realise that we are not alone. What is surprising though is spiritual leaders like this Rabbi who don't realise that we are entering a New Age and that the 'Terms and Conditions' for living on planet Earth are changing drastically. Spiritual leaders must know about and understand paranormal and spiritual phenomena, isn't it their job? The 'higher' dimensions are not abstract intellectual concepts and right now these worlds are now merging with ours. Unfortunately, it seems that many will have to face our new reality with a jolt.

Using his own special technique, the 30-year-old, who has a mild form of autism, has learned to speak more than 10 languages. Daniel Tammet likes the German language. "It doesn't seem as though the learning process is an effort for him," Spies says. But how is that possible? Tammet tries to explain it himself: "I learn new languages intuitively, like a child." Grammar doesn't interest him. Instead, he lets himself be carried along by the language, looking for patterns in the mess of sentences he hears, tying words together into related groups. "Small, round things often start with 'Kn' in German," he says, pointing out Knoblauch (garlic), Knopf (button) and Knospe (bud). Then there are the long, thin things that often begin with "Str," like Strand (beach), Strasse (street) and Strahlen (rays). "I try to develop a feeling of how each particular language works," he says, adding that he's helped in this pursuit by the fact that regions in his brain are connected in unusual ways.

Most humans think in isolated categories, but for Tammet everything is networked. "When I think about words," he says, "I take information from everywhere in my brain." Emotions, colors and shapes all connect themselves with the words, allowing him to learn with incredible speed."

Comment: Incredible! This gifted 'savant' is also a reminder that maybe most people are just not "networked" in the brain to allow them to manifest their full potential.

German man calls police over 'Russian-speaking extraterrestrials'

Full Story: "A man in northwest Germany called police early on Monday to report a close encounter with Russian-speaking extraterrestrials, police said.

The 40-year-old man from Gifhorn, Lower Saxony called the police at 3:30 a.m. local time [2:30 GMT] and said six extraterrestrial beings, each about 15 centimeters tall, were flying around his apartment and talking Russian. When the police arrived at the scene, the man told them that the aliens' UFO had flown out through the door and hidden in flower boxes. The police spokesman did not say whether the "witness" spoke Russian himself.

Comment: Well, the Russians must have thought this was hilarious!

Comment: In the old days, well not that long ago actually, consciousness researchers use to have to 'sensitise' their digital cameras in order to capture multi-dimensional phenomena. Yet now, something fundamental has changed. Anybody can point a brand new camera in any direction and find something interesting! Our reality is changing dramatically and I wonder how some will cope.

Honeybees under attack on all fronts

"At the root of the vulnerability to these stresses could be the way breeding has affected the bees' genetic make-up. By being highly selected for calmness and honey production, honeybees have lost other useful characteristics, says Francis Ratnieks of the University of Sussex, UK. In research to be published in the journal Heredity, he describes a way to breed for "hygienic" bees that, unlike most commercial bees, clear out infected young and can resist varroa mites."

Comment: Maybe, Francis Ratnieks has given us a significant clue as to what is happening to our honeybees. His suggestion means that that breeding may have produced commercial honey bees that are not genetically favoured by new DNA blueprints held in the environment that process DNA information, hence these bees are getting sick with an assortment of complaints and dying off. This fits in with the observation that organic bee-keepers have not reported losses and their bees remain healthy.

Comment: Well, as the aetheric density clears, far more people will be able to see ghosts and this is going to become a major problem. So, how some people are going to stay balanced as our world morphs rapidly is a major mystery to me. Where exactly are the major campaigns to educate at a mainstream level that our reality is changing rapidly?

It is prohibiting suppliers of its own-brand fresh produce from using eight pesticides that have been connected to honeybee colony collapse disorder and are already restricted in some parts of Europe.

The Co-op said it will eliminate the usage of the neonicotinoid family of chemicals where possible and until they are shown to be safe. The Co-op has over 70,000 acres of land under cultivation in England and Scotland, making it the largest farmer in the UK. "A doctor has removed a brain tumour from a newborn baby which contained an almost perfectly formed foot and parts of another foot, a hand and a thigh.

The incredible discovery was made by pediatric neurosurgeon Dr Paul Grabb in Colorado, America, when he operated on three-day old Sam Esquibel after an MRI scan showed a microscopic tumour on his brain. The finding in the otherwise healthy baby is so unheard of it could come straight out of Greek mythology in which king of the gods Zeus produced his daughter Athena fully-grown from his forehead. Dr Grabb, who carried out the operation in Memorial Hospital for Children, Colorado Springs, says that while removing the growth, he discovered it contained a nearly perfect foot, complete with five toes, along with the formation of another foot, a hand and a thigh.

Comment: Unfortunately, the electromagnetic chaos will effect the processing of human DNA. Wild Bees Possibly Infected By Commercially Bred Bees

Commercially bred bees used pollinate greenhouse crops may be spreading diseases to wild populations, according to a study conducted by researchers from the University of Toronto and published in the journal PLoS ONE.

Bee populations have been collapsing across North America in recent years, alarming not only scientists but also the food industry. Honeybees alone pollinate 130 different food crops, responsible for $15 billion worth of food and ingredient revenue each year.

"All of the different species of bumblebees that we sampled around greenhouses showed the same pattern: really high levels of infection near greenhouses and then declining levels of infection as you moved out," researcher Michael Otterstatter said. "It was quite obvious that this was coming from the greenhouses and it was a general adverse effect on the bumblebees."

Comment: The reports about the bee die-off has largely waned but the problem has not gone away. So far, only organic bee-keepers have reported virtually no losses.

It is made of soft, waterproof, materials and is stuffed with straw. Gelatin say it was "knitted by dozens of grannies out of pink wool". Wolfgang Gantner, a group member said: "It's supposed to make you feel small, like Gulliver. You walk around it and you can't help but smile."

Comment: Well, there have always been people with seemingly "bizarre" medical conditions but this story reminds me of the phenomena of "tin whiskers". According to a NASA webpage, "tin whiskers are electrically conductive, crystalline structures of tin that sometimes grow from surfaces where tin (especially electroplated tin) is used as a final finish. Tin whiskers have been observed to grow to lengths of several millimeters (mm) and in rare instances to lengths up to 10 mm." So, I note the scepticism about this woman's story but a very similar phenomena occurs within electronics and there is great concern due to the impact of recent environmental directives that will soon bring this phenomena to everyone's attention. So, like this poor woman's condition, metal growing in the wrong places is yet another "mystery".

Comment: I think this is a real sign of the times,when the bees have to be granted asylum, as without them we would not survive very long. As numerous commentators have realised; no bees, no pollination, no plants, no animals, no man. As any sane person realises, the levels of madness are now unprecedented.

Well, I can tell you that on the 5/6th December 2006, we had the biggest burst of electromagnetic energy from the Sun in over 30 years. A coincidence?

Comment: Someone sent me an email and said that human thought forms that have been controlling bees have broken down. Maybe, but I do think the bees are being sent different instructions via the morphogenetic fields, so I can't give any answers to this particularly bizarre bee behaviour. We need the shamans to tune in and find out what's happening!

Comment: Well, this article tells us that the US state of Illinois has been untouched by the bee die-off & disappearance that is causing consternation elsewhere. Illinois' exemption allows scientists to rule out GM crops, cell phone towers and global warming as Illinois faces the same pressures. I think the answer lies in exactly the same factors as reported by organic bee-keepers, "98 percent of Illinois' 1,264 beekeepers are hobbyists, managing 10 colonies or fewer -- as opposed to the commercial pollinators who drive thousands of hives around the country to pollinate crops with the changing seasons." The "multimillion-dollar" answer is that the bees are "happy" and their interaction with the environment means they don't have to leave their hives, the bees have "free-will", and are choosing to stay put.

Comment:Well, I recommend watching the video and the slideshow here. I obviously think there is an alternative theory to "wind" because 1000lbs rocks that travel for half a mile with tracks that show now sign of tumbling in windy conditions, suggests a magnetic force is acting on the rocks. The clue is the zig-zags and parrallel rock movements. I think the solution will be related to a combination of the rock's own aetheric energy and the aetheric energy associated with the Earth's magnetic field and ultimately the solar wind. Whatever, the result is a force that is strong enough to push these stones, even the huge ones. Gravity? Even our scientists are starting to suspect that gravity is just a side-effect of the electromagnetic force.

Comment:Extensive article with references. Here we find out that, "no one in the organic beekeeping world, including commercial beekeepers, is reporting colony collapse". It's also interesting to know that Colony Collapse Disorder, or CCD, is only a recently made-up term as it was previously unknown before 2006. It's quite disturbing to realise that "autopsies of CCD bees showed higher than normal levels of fungi, bacteria and other pathogens, as well as weakened immune systems. It appears as if the bees have got the equivalent of AIDS." It is pertinent to note that, "Who should be surprised that the major media reports forget to tell us that the dying bees are actually hyper-bred varieties that we coax into a larger than normal body size?" Also a very relevant comment, "it is likely that some biological limit in the bees has been crossed." This article is quite eye-opening and the environmental changes are cited as a reason for this developing crisis. It seems that humans have yet again got our priorities wrong. We find that beekeeping is a dying profession, the average age of a beekeeper is 62 and they consider themselves to be overworked.

Comment: Well, when I saw someone at the Oslo Messe/Alternative Fair with his "Free Hugs" sign, I was somewhat taken aback, but when I saw the YouTube video I was truly impressed. YouTube have declared it as the most inspirational clip on the site and at the last count, the video has been viewed almost 14 million times. A truly nice way to raise the vibration on this planet.

Comment: It looks like the bee problem is spreading. Interesting comments from the entomology professor at the National Taiwan University, who thinks the insects are missing "for no reason" but then remarks, "You can see climate change really clearly these days in Taiwan". He added that two kinds of pesticide can make bees turn "stupid" and lose their sense of direction. Well, when I wrote about evolutionary change and mass extinctions in my book Tuning the Diamonds", which is associated with "New Energy", it never occurred to me that it would effect the bee population. Yet, what I think is occuring is that the controlling morphogenetic fields are changing chaotically, that is why this phenomena appears to be spreading, talk of EM pollution, GM crops and fungus, would still be too localised to generate this widespread phenomena, so we will have to wait and see what happens. It does not surprise me that intellectuals have not realised what is really happening, because that requires understanding the true nature of our reality and that is not part of traditional education.

Comment: Interestingly, this is the first article to blame electromagnetic radiation for why the bees are disappearing. However, the emphasis is on mobile phone receivers not the transmitters, which are a known source of greater EM disturbance. Whatever, this article is suggesting that the electromagnetic chaos on Earth is now generating serious side effects. The Einstein quote is now being bandied around the media and is seriously focusing minds.

Comment: The disappearance of bees is just plain frightening and I think it would be foolish to describe it as anything else. There are hundreds of stories about this, but no major panic......yet. What is amazing is the total disappearance of bees from hives that have been opened after the winter, not even the bodies can be found. Let's think; is this related to the building of the Doomsday vault/Noah's Ark for the world's seeds? Another thought, the coming blasts of energy are to raise the vibration of the planet and to cleanse. We have to remind ourselves that we are being brought back to a state of balance, everything is electromagnetic and certain controlling fields can be 'tuned' by human consciousness, low calibration energies and intents will be overcome.

Comment:Well, I think that with the change of aetheric density on the planet, we are seeing more evidence of the spectrum of spiritual beings that exist all around us. It amazes me that some people will always try to dismiss this type of evidence as "a trick of the light". What will they say when humans evolve to the state where we won't even need a camera to see these beings, but we can see them with the naked eye?

Mysterious Rock Growing 'Hair' Put on Display in Beijing

CHINA—On March 16, 2007, an unusual rock went on display in Beijing. This rock has "hair," almost identical to human hair, growing out of its "head."

copy: The rock is iron gray in color, naturally smooth and rounded, and is similar to a cobblestone. There is also a very thin layer of scalp tissue connecting the "hair" to the rock. The hair is grey in color and similar to the color of the rock itself. The hair grows quite naturally from the top with the longest strands being about 15 centimeters (6 inches) long. The hair is slightly coarser than human hair.

The rock was found on a beach, and according to Fashion Rock Café's executive Miss Yong, this kind of rock is named a "hair-growing rock". As long as conditions are right, the hair on this rare rock will continue to grow. Only two other hair-growing rocks have been reported in the world; and both are in a Taiwan Museum.

This "hair-growing rock" is in a glass display case at the Fashion Rock Café, located in the Digital Building in Beijing's Zhongguan Village. The rock measures approximately 30 centimeters (11.8 inches) long, 20 centimeters (7.8 inches) wide, and about 15 centimeters (6 inches) high. The value of the rock is estimated to be around 10 million Yuan (approximately USD 1.3 million).

Comment: This rock has "hair," almost identical to human hair, growing out of its "head." I think this is explainable if we think in terms of consciousness and how things "know" how to act and behave. If the rock for some strange reason links up with the pattern or consciousness that orders it to grow hair, then that is what it will do. The rock has the ability to tap into the background electromagnetic field or aether (normally referred to as the rock's morphogenetic field which is really a scalar field) and receive instructions. Now, I am purely specutlating here since this is extremely rare, but I think that sometimes instructions can get "mixed-up" and the result is an aberration. A glitch in the matrix!
